Answer:	It does not. But I have found that it doesn't matter if you use a tripod. It takes clear pictures even when hand-held with a shutter speed of at least 1/250.

Answer:	The electric connection powers the screen for programs and monitoring. As well as the fan, and the plug if you want to connect your phone or iPad. The cord is long and can easily slide out of the way.
Question:	How long does it take to assemble
Answer:	I'm capable but not overly handy and it took me about an hour, maybe a little more. The heaviest part is the base. I just tore open the end of the box and then slid it out. To lift it would have taken two strong people. None of the other parts seemed heavy to me and I did put it together by myself. There were a couple of spots where having a second pair of hands would have helped. This was a matter of the benefit of having one person hold the piece in place while the other person did the screws rather than an issue with weight. The directions are VERY clear and all the screws and washers were shrink wrapped onto a cardboard that clearly identified them, which made the process much easier and faster too. The time involved has more to do with the number of screws and washers rather than needing to do anything complicated or confusing. My impression is that Schwinn put thought into making the assembly doable.

Answer:	The adjustments are automatic from the rider's point of view. Internally, in the front of the cycle, hidden beneath the plastic casing, is a large metal flywheel attached to the pedals. Surrounding the flywheel is a metal arc that holds a series of magnets. The closer this arc comes to the flywheel, the more magnetic "pull" you have to work against - and therefore, the harder you have to pedal. Internally, in a part of the cycle you never see unless it breaks (like ours did after 4 years of hard, every day use), is a steel cable that pulls the magnets away from the flywheel making it easier to pedal, or lets the magnets drop closer, making it harder. But again - from your point of view, the system is automatic. You can set a fixed resistance, or you can select a terrain with varying up and down "hills" of resistance. Even though little magnetic gnomes are busy inside the cycle doing physics, you don't have to think about them. Hope this helps.

Question:	is the bike already assembled
Answer:	Still happening. I ordered August of 2019. Two out of the 4 cartridges in the refills pack were like this. The first one I set aside thinking it was a fluke and I'd done something wrong and figure it out later. When it happened again... I just tried using it in the Litter Genie as "double bagged." That doesn't work b/c then the bag is too thick for the mechanism to work properly. Came here and ran across all of these comments. So, went back to the 1st cartridge that I had set aside and was determined to find the end, then stuff the bag back into the cartridge. Finally found the end, spent 30 minutes trying to stuff the bag back in the cartridge with zero success. So, guess I'll have to go down the "try to get a refund" path. I did notice that the cartride has the following number and date on it: E20/14 007563051, Made 30/08/18 02:01. As you can see, my cartridge was made one year prior to the date I ordered it. Hoping I get some compensation from the vendor, Amazon or Litter Genie.

Answer:	What everyone else has said is true. Your Ipad will be supported, but it will block the controls that show you your progress. For me, that is not an issue as I don't always like to know how much more time is left in my workout! Besides, at the end of your workout, you will get a "progress report" of how total time, distance, average HR and average RPM's during your exercise session.

Answer:	The features of the two bikes are very similar. The Nautilus U616 is slightly bigger and the bikes have slightly different aesthetic designs.

Answer:	The angle of the backrest IS ADJUSTABLE on the R618 model. There is a lever under the seat which controls a hydraulic cylinder. Simply pull the lever, lean back or forward to adjust, then release the lever.

Answer:	This machine was very easy to assemble, the instructions were very clear. The only assembly you have to do on this machine is the "foot" portion of the frame which is two pieces that bolt to the front and back, the seat frame and seat which are 3 pieces along with the seat adjustment lever which just screws into place, the display and frame portion that holds the display which is 3 pieces, two plastic caps which snap into place, and the pedals. The Frame, seat sliding mechanism and the major components of the bike itself come pre-assembled. The connections for the electronics are self explanatory, there are only 5 connections to be made and they can not be confused due to the style of connectors. This bike only took me approximately 30 minutes to put together as it comes 90% pre-assembled.
