Question:	When pedaling fast regardless of tension, there's a rhythmic fairly loud clicking noise. How do you fix it? What is causing this
Answer:	I don't use the buckles on the straps of the pedals. Therefore, the metal from the buckle does making a clicking sound when pedaling especially at higher speeds. At first I didn't know what that noise was. The only other sound I hear is from the handlebars (which no matter how tightly I adjust the height), that part of the bike shimmies and makes a faint noise.

Answer:	Hi Claudia, so far I have had bleach in one of the bottles, a spray preservative in another and detergent-bleach mix in the last one for over six months and the bottles are still working like new. I am very pleased with how well-made they are. They are a great product. I too had problems with spray bottles, clogging or the insides falling out, spray portion getting gooey etc...but these bottles seems fine. So far so good! (These are used at my work, everyday, if that helps you). Don't know which harsh chemicals you use, but I think they are worth a try. I felt they were worth the extra money, as opposed to cheaper versions.

Answer:	I think so - I'm 5'10" and can ride it comfortably with the seat at or near the maximum height, The installation manual said that this model allows higher seat adjustments than the previous one - looking at old comments, it seems that this at least in the past was a problem. I did find that the seat was too hard - bought a gel seat cover and that fixed it.

Answer:	I had the same issue about creaking noise. After removing the cover for the belt and flywheel I placed a stethoscope on every part. I confirmed the clicking noise was coming from the frame rear side. 1 of the bolt was tight but not tight enough. I suggest to re torque all the frame bolts. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Thank you for your question! Yes, if you make it tighter against your body, it will fit snugly and can use it for intense fitness-workout activities. If you want to Jump a Rope with the backpack on, we don't suggest carrying in the same time an iPad Mini or similar sized mini-tablet (which the Backpack is capable of). In the case of a normal Smartphone like the iPhone 8, 8 Plus, X, 11, it should be fine. The heavier the Backpack, the less comfortable it is to Jump a Rope with it. Hope this helps!
