Question:	How much does it weigh
Answer:	I have the Zagg Slim Book Go for the 2018 iPad 12.9” Before that I had the Brydge Keyboard. In the Zagg Slim Book Go case, I had to remove the white rubber caps for the front tabs to get that case in, but that bottom part of the case holds the Apple Pencil and is about an inch high so the bare metal tabs rest against the case. With the Brydge keyboard, I just removed the iPad from the case and it fit fine with the magnetic Brydge ‘case’ that was stuck on the back of the iPad.
Question:	How easy is it to use if you have arthritis
Answer:	When the stand is adjusted to hold the tablet straight up (vertical, so face is at 90 degrees to my desk) the bottom edge of the tablet is about 1/2" above my desk. When the stand is folded down flat, so tablet is 'laying flat' (facing up) the back of the tablet is about 1+1/4" above my desk. So the lowest height depends on the tablet angle but its always within those limits (from 1/2" to 1+1/4").
Question:	Is the warranty affected by it being used
Answer:	I returned mine due to the size. The plate is small compared to a 14" laptop/tablet. I was going to use this for a 12.9" iPad and it wouldn't hold it with the case on. The lip of the holder is too thin to hold thicker devices. The joint connections seemed sturdy, but was difficult to deploy from a folded position to a stand position. I have made the manufacturer aware of the issues and made product suggestions for improvements. We will see what they come up with or nothing at all.
Question:	What is the push blade made out of? looks like plastic. if it's plastic, which type of plastic is it and is is bpa free
Answer:	I use mine a lot for iPad drawing (but using 10 and 11 inch iPads rather than 12.9). In a low or middle orientation, it stays pretty stable on its own. But if you move it to a high orientation it will in fact tip over because the base is fairly light compared to the arms and iPad. HOWEVER, I've found a few easy fixes. The simplest is just to put any kind of weight on the front part of the base. A stapler from my desk does the trick. A more elegant solution is to use something simple to secure it like a command trip. I put a small bit of the command strip on the bottom of the base (you don't need much), and another small strip on my work desk, my living room table, and anywhere else I may need it "secured" while I draw (I've actually got a few in different positions on my desk). I can then just secure the stand to any of these spots and remove it when I'm not using it. You could also probably get away with something simpler like putty. Keep in mind, you really only need to do this if you're planning to raise it up high when you draw (if you're like me and want to get it at eye level).

Answer:	We tried, but it's real hard to do so I would say no unless you want to cut them into small pieces.
Question:	Is this really hard to use
Answer:	Yes. Not enough torque to cut a medium potato. Go with something bigger and probably more expensive but if you make a lot of fries it is worth the extra $

Answer:	I think there is both steel and aluminum. The white is plastic. The softer metal will bend, I can attest to that.
Question:	How do I get more cutting blades? 3/8" and 1/2" blades
Answer:	The length of the potato can be quite long, but if the potato is thick, you will have to put a lot of pressure (muscle) to it when slicing. I cut my potatoes up into halves or quarters, otherwise I just didn't have the strength to push it through.
Question:	What is the maximum length of potato or vegetable that I can cut
Answer:	A lady at another site suggested that if you microwave the sweet potato for a few minutes this cutter will work like a charm for cutting sweet potato fries.
Question:	One of the suction cups broke off. Anywhere I can get a replacement piece
Answer:	Mine came with a 3/8 inch blade plate and I purchased another as a spare. Looks like you can order the same device from other vendors through Amazon and equip it with 1/4 or1/2 inch blades. We used ours for a church festival last summer and did over 100 pounds of taters with ease. A good purchase for us so far.
