Answer:	Hi. Something flat might be able to slip inside while the Trek is collapsed. Maybe something about the size of an envelope. It would be difficult to store anything inside while it is expanded because there are support mechanisms inside the roller, to make it sturdy.

Answer:	There's an awesome laminated book that comes with it, sharing different types of stretches and uses for the foam roller. There's even designated stretches for relaxation, for back pain, before bed stretches, morning stretches, and several more. Overall I felt the book to be very helpful, and a great tool to take with you when you travel, the book is no larger then the foam roller flattened. I like this so much I've bought several for Christmas gifts for family members.

Answer:	It's like a medium firmness but has these pores that make it spongelike to some extent. It is the best roller I have ever used. I have the styrofoam white one and my Pilates studio has the hard black plastic one. This roller is in between, super comfortable to use and made to last.

Answer:	The foam roller does not come with a demonstration dvd. But it is easy to find on YouTube how you can use the foam roller to roll your different muscles.
Question:	How durable is this product
Answer:	I would say it is very durable. I bought my first original 13-inch trigger point roller in mid 2010. I still use it today. My roller gets used a lot. I recently purchased the 26-inch roller because I can do different exercises with it, and I think it is firmer. After a long use and due to time I think the foam breaks down just like any other uses for foam products. Like I said, the original 13-inch roller from 2010 is still good for my workouts--deep tissue massage, loosening stiff muscle, improving circulation--but it doesn't feel as firm as the 26-inch roller purchased in 2014.

Answer:	There are no switchs on this unit, it is just a heating element. On the bottom label it states that it is rated for both 110 and 220. If you are going to use it with 220 make sure to not to use a transformer unit, just use an adapter plug. On 220 it will heat up much faster.

Answer:	Nacy they do get hot. I have naturally wavy curly hair and when I have used them they do hold a curl. It depends upon how long you leave the roller in and what condition your hair is in. You can always use hairspray to hold the curl after you take out the roller. For myself I have used the rollers without hairspray. They have added the curls or waves where I wanted them to. I have curling irons, round brushes, heated brushes and various other hair appliances. This set however is my go to for solid curls or waves. I hopes this helps you. This is great if you want to put the curlers in heated and you have other things to do. You know multi tasking.

Answer:	No, the only thing that helps with that is weight loss and exercise. You cannot remove cellulite from any single location, it only responds to a general reduction in fat and increased muscle tone. Anyone who tells you otherwise is either ignorant or purposely misleading you. MD.

Answer:	No warranty, but it is very sturdy. Unless you are beating people over the head with it or body slamming it, it should last you a LONG time.

Answer:	Do not foam roll your lower back. You can actually injure yourself badly from doing this. You should only foam roll as far down as your rib cage as it offers support. Majority of physical therapist will tell you not to foam roll your lower back. Anyone that says otherwise is a delusional internet therapist that will be hurting others.
Question:	Is this firm or extra firm
Answer:	I would call it extra-firm, as it has very little give. It's more like a dense, hardened styrofoam than the rubbery foam you might be accustomed to in athletic/physical therapy supplies.

Answer:	The CORE is solid foam and is softer than the hollow GRID rollers. The CORE is also available in longer lengths than the GRID rollers, useful if you want to lay lengthwise on the roller.
Question:	Which one is better for the back massage? core or grid 2.0? core is a little longer, but i'd like to know which option is better in terms of firmness
Answer:	The Grid is twice as firm as the Core. That said, either will do a great job. What's more important is good technique. Done properly, you'll be hard-pressed to tell the difference (in results), especially if you're new to foam rollers.
