Answer:	They can be machine washed. Let them air dry.
Question:	How are you supposed to measure your hands for these? The diagram makes no sense. From the bottom of the palm to the top of the middle finger
Answer:	So I just measured the ones I got, large size, and from the top of the glove to the wrist it measures 5". My hand measures just under 8 inches from top of middle finger to wrist. For me, these gloves fit great! They do provide a size chart and it says large is anywhere from 4.5-5" and it seems to be pretty accurate- I think that had my hands been a bit smaller I think it would still fit just fine. I did not measure my hands before buying but if you do measure from top of wrist (where it bends) to joint in the middle of your finger (as shown in the picture).

Answer:	I also have tiny hands and I think the padding is perfect thickness for comfort and usability. I will say that when I am doing dead lifts, rack pulls and similar exercises I do sometimes need to use a little chalk for extra grip if it’s over 140lb resistance. The grip on these are really good but I need a little extra sometimes. Over all I really like these gloves. I use these 4 days a weeks and have had them for 4 Months and can’t really tell, the quality is excellent.

Answer:	I typically don’t lift weights outdoors but I do use them for biking in cold weather. They keep my hands warm especially because the entire top of the hand is covered -unlike my old bike gloves

Answer:	Thanks for the great question. All of our products are manufactured in CGMP facilities and therefore have to go through independent testing to comply with FDA regulations and labelling. Wheat and barley grasses are free of allergens as ingredients. However, there is a remote possibility of cross contamination by gluten if the farmer allows wheat and barley to begin developing seeds. The young grasses of these plants are not the same as the grains (that contain gluten) found when the plant matures. For this reason, the Food and Drug Administration will allow wheat or barley grass (or grass juice) as an ingredient in a labeled gluten-free product as long as the final product contains <20 parts per million gluten, INCLUDING the presence of any gluten due to cross contamination with gluten-containing grains. It is very difficult to guarantee that wheat or barley grass is 100% free of seeds, in other words, absolutely pure and free of gluten. If you are a Celiac or have other gluten associated intolerances then the NCA’s (National Celiac Association) recommendation is to avoid products with wheat grass or barley grass (or their juices) even if they are labeled gluten-free and being tested with the R5 ELISA for gluten. Answer:	Hand wash with a little dish detergent like Ivory or Dawn. Pat them dry with a towel or paper towels and let them dry. I found this is the best way if you want them to last.

Answer:	It looks exactly the same height of regular grass. It took me about 5 of them to do one side of a normal sized room
