He has a 42" chest and a 32" waist and wears a large Storelli with padded 3/4 length sleeves and it fits him tight like a compression shirt. Depending on how you want your shirt to fit either tight like a compression shirt or loose, I would suggest either a medium for a looser fit or a small for a tighter fit, but it real depends on your up body build and how you like your sleeves. |
