2. Wait a further 24 hours before inflating to the recommended size.

Question:	How long does it take to inflate the ball
Answer:	Depends on how fast you pump and how firm you want it to be. The pump works in both directions, so it's pretty efficient. It took me around 7 minutes to get the pressure I wanted.

Answer:	It comes with a baloon-type hand pump, but I used the compressor function on our car battery jumping machine. The correct nozzle is included but overfill until you have practiced inserting the plug without losing too much air.

Answer:	It's really exactly how the picture shows. Beautiful bright lime green. Maybe like a lemon lime / neon green. Really pretty.

Answer:	I just guessed to which size I thought would work. I ordered mine for pregnancy back pain relief so I ordered Larger. The smaller ball = more core strengthing

Answer:	80% of 65cm =52 cm. I then found a place on a wall where I could measure the ball after pumping it up. I measured from floor to 52cm on the wall and put a small mark. Then I pumped the ball up some and placed it against the wall to see how far either under or above the make the top of the ball was. I got on the floor to look straight from the top of the ball to the wall. When the top was the ball was inline with the premeasured line, I put the stopper in the bacll. After leaving the ball over night, I repeated the same measuing steps on the wall, this tine to 65cm. Then I pumped the ball up more, watching again from the top of the ball until it was even with the 65cm mark. I put the stopped back in, and started using the ball. I hope that makes sense.

Question:	How Big Is It
Answer:	There are charts online that tell you what size to get based on your height. I am 5'7" and have a 25 inch ball, which seems right for exercises where I am siting on it. However, that seems too big to use with the "dead bug" exercise, so I am going to get a smaller ball for that. So it depends how you plan to use it.
