This charger will recharge a battery that is temporarily out of energy (could read 10 volts to 12 volts on a voltmeter), but not one that is "dead" or damaged beyond repair (would read very low voltage, like 3 volts).

Answer:	The touch is sensitive for the main screen, but I found it terrible when doing a workout. Maybe it is the moisture that gets between the case and the watch, but I find it difficult to pause and end a workout.
