Each time the vest deploys, it can be deflated, rearmed, and repacked to its original condition and ready for use again. Separate Bluestorm Cirrus26 Rearm Kits can be purchased on Amazon as well for when you need to rearm the unit. Hopefully, you will not have to rearm your lifejacket any time soon, but if you do it is good to know the product can be reused multiple times. I hope this answers your question. Answer:	I wouldn't know but the Mustang I bought is an excellent unit. It's the most lightweight and easy to manipulate. I do recommend it for blue water / ocean racing. I've taken mine on the 2017 Pensacola to Havana and the 2019 Trans-Superior.

Answer:	It's a type "V" (five). And I do recommend it for one reason, as per my experience: it's lightweight. I'd originally tried the West Marine brand and was glad that they had a full return policy. I'd bought it for an overnight race where (like most races) a PFD with harness was required (to tether to jack lines). The WM PFD felt heavy and cumbersome after a few hours. The Mustang was a lot lighter and easy to wear over long periods of time. (I did a Gulf of Mexico crossing had had it on, almost day and night, for four solid days.) I hope that my answer was of help.
