Answer:	The 24 inch I ordered did not come with a throw line. Disappointed as I read the answers to this question before ordering and expected one.
Question:	how much weight will this ring support
Answer:	I purchased this life ring in 2014. With the exception of two winters when I brought it inside, it’s been hanging by our pool, in full sun. I just now, in 2020, need to replace it as the lines became brittle and have begun to disintegrate. The ring was faded and definitely a bit haggard looking even two years ago, but it was still bright enough to be noticed as a life saving ring, and it was still functional.
Question:	Can this be written on with a permanent marker? Im looking to use this for our baby shower for guests to write a message to our little man

Question:	Can this written on with a permanent marker
Answer:	These are basically a decorative item. I believe you can use a marker on it. I have never tried, but I think it will work.
Question:	How thick (tall) is it when it is laying flat
Answer:	Just about 4 inches as I recall, but remember, this is a piece of crap, and it has long been trashed. Ours started to crumble and fall apart in about a year. The "rope" attached to it rotted even quicker than that.
Question:	The rope on the ring has rotted away after a year. How can it be replaced with one that will last
Answer:	we didn't bother, just ordered a new ring. The cloth that holds the rope rots from the sun also.
Question:	Is the trim navy blue or purple
Answer:	There are 3 stripes on the one that I purchased. The two outside stripes are green and the middle strip is purple.

Question:	Can i learn swimming in my apartment swimming pool using this ring ? I weight around 210 pounds . Please suggest
Answer:	this product is not certified by the USCG .. we bought 2 of them; we were duped as well. we realized this product is more for use as a pool decoration than safety. WE NEVER WOULD USE THIS IN THE POOL FOR ANY REASON ... The ropes are glued on and they detached from the ring after being in a wind storm when it was left hanging on the pool fence. We used them one season as pool decor. They are cheap Styrofoam that attracts dust and algae growth..at the end of the season they looked so dirty nasty; they would not clean up so we threw them in the trash. Other than a decor for the pool fence these were useless and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR USE OTHERWISE. Find something that is United States Coast Guard (USCG) tested and approved. It might be more expensive but consider what is your life worth!

Answer:	I decorated mine for my Grandsons Baby shower. I used Stencils & Sharpie paint pens that I purchased on Amazon. I didn't have issues with the paint bleeding. It turned out super cute as a door wreath!

Answer:	A life ring is designed to keep a persons head out of the water in the event of a water emergency. The approximate buoyancy of the #364 ring is 16.5 lbs.

Answer:	It has small ropes attached all around the life saver so you can grab hold of the saver ring. But no it doesn't come with a long rope

Answer:	USCC Approval number is 160.064/4538/0, 160.050/167/0 There is no reflective material on the ring buoy. The ring itself is bright orange and four 2inch wide white canvas straps that are recessed around the foam buoy for a flush feel. The stitching at the straps locks in the poly line which is of good quality. Their are loop holes at the end of each strap if you wanted to add another line. Answer:	The swim ring is very lightweight, which is benefit to child's swimming life according to the description. I would estimate this lightweight Styrofoam ring couldn't be more than 1lb. in weight or less. Couldn't locate the packing slip to confirm actual weight, but hope this helps.

Answer:	Not sure, but only good for kids. It small. It looka good as a prop. But very cheap as a life savor.

Answer:	We have had ours for a little a year. Half the summer season last year and half this year. The color has faded and the goat part has cracked all the way through in two places. If it is put out side it won’t last more than one season due to the exposure to the sun. It would not work well as an actual lifesaving float. You get what you pay for. It is not expensive but it is also not high quality.

Answer:	It's an off white.

Answer:	No, this is a decoration, not a safety device. I think there is a warning to that effect in the product description.
Question:	Do the stars appear on both sides? We want to spray paint some letter stenciling across but the stars would be in the way
Answer:	Hi, there are no stars in the other side, just the red colors :) you can spray the letters without any problem
