Answer:	This is a thick lotion like liquid that needs to be applied and worked by hand or machine and then wiped off. Question:	Can this gelcoat be tinted with pigments
Answer:	Oxidation remover is more of a rubbing compound that cleans deep down to new fiberglass and has enough wax to leave a shine. 'One Step' is also a cleaner but not nearly as aggressive and has more wax. Both are superb, but for different degrees of oxidation.
Question:	I have a jetski with pits in hull,can i just paint this on and apply a couple of coats,after prepping it and what would be best,with or without wax
Answer:	I tried to remove oxidation from the sides of my Cougar fifth wheel trailer with little to no success. I tried to rub it out both by hand and with a power buffer. I am having more success with TR3 but the product I have is old and I have been told the formulation has changed and the new product is not as effective. It is a lot of work regardless of what you use and the end result for me was disappointing.

Adjust the Amount of Catalyst from 1-3% to Control the Setup Time in Different Temperature Conditions.

With polyester gelcoat, proper catalyzation is critical for a proper cure. Cool temperatures may require adding a higher percentage of MEKP catalyst than warm conditions. The more catalyst added, the faster the gelcoat cures. Because air and surface temperatures also affect dry times, take care not to over-catalyze or under-catalyze. We recommend a trial batch to determine final catalyst ratio.

Can be Tinted with Pigments Suitable for Gelcoat and Polyester Resins

Adding color to white gelcoat creates lighter, pastel colors. Adding color to neutral gelcoat creates bold, darker colors. TotalBoat White Gelcoat (with wax or without wax) can be tinted by adding up to 1% colorant. TotalBoat Neutral Gelcoat can be tinted by adding up to 10% colorant (up to 12% for red, yellow, purple, orange, and light green).

IMPORTANT: Always mix in colorant before adding MEKP.

Can you apply TotalBoat polyester Gelcoat DIRECTLY over a repair faired with an epoxy-based fairing compound? The answer depends on a few things.

• If the repair area is small, if the damage is cosmetic only (not structural), and with proper surface preparation—yes, TotalBoat Gelcoat can be applied directly over cured epoxy-based fairing compound.

• If the repair area is large, and if the damage compromises structural integrity—the answer is no. In these cases, you would fill the damage with an epoxy-based fairing compound such as TotalBoat TotalFair, allow it to cure, then apply TotalBoat 2-Part Epoxy Primer or TotalBoat TotalProtect Epoxy Barrier Coat Primer over TotalFair, before applying Gelcoat.

Answer:	I find the easiest way is to fill a bucket with water and submerge them upside down under the water until all the air bubbles are gone and they sink. Then I use the leftover bucket water to water my other plants

Answer:	When shipped to the USA it will be included a 110v plug adapter. I received it with mine. But it took almost 6 weeks to arrive. Comes from overseas.

Answer:	Yes, the inside of the lid is made of stainless steel, which has excellent sealing and does not leak water, which is safe and anti-scalding

White Gelcoat with Wax Pint with 15cc Hardener (MEKP) Gelcoat with wax is for the final coat. The wax settles to the top and need to constantly be mixed. If not mixed properly your gelcoat will have patches that are still sticky. The wax helps dry the gelcoat all the way so it won't be sticky and also so it can be sanded. Remember without the wax your gelcoat will remain sticky.

Answer:	No, the wax “floats” to the surface and promotes curing. Gelcoat without wax needs to be covered with a thin film like PVA.

Answer:	I would doubt that this would hold up in a sink application. Try the manufacturer.
