Clockwise takes it down, counterclockwise brings it back up. When you get it where you want it let go of the pin. Its on a spring and allow it to pop back up between one of those cutouts and that's all there is to it |

I put this sight (back to back) with a Magpul BUIS and there was a big difference in height. The Magpul was 1.420, and the Ruger was a lot shorter. This Ruger sight works great on my 16” M4, but it’s way to short to work on my 18” AR. So just be aware of that. |

| Answer: | I can see where that would happen if you have the sites mounted on the left side of the gun rather than the right side. I believe these sites are considered for right-handed shooter’s. If you’re left-handed you’ll need a different type of site. |

| Answer: | Will fit any gun with the rail type in description....works okay. Mine would not screw in anymore to adjust the bullet perfectly. Cause I’m useing mine for close range, and I have a scope mounted for mid/long range it shoot about a inch high at 10 yards |
