For a Commercial Microwave, it's difficult to obtain an NSF rating (for cleanability) with all those moving parts associated with a carousel in the cavity (glass platter, wheeled ring for it to ride on, bushings, bearings as well as the belt and motor to turn all those parts. Answer:	While I did not specifically measure them as far as ounces goes, I can tell you what I used them for. The 2 larger ones held the following: 1) Held 2 regular sized jars of spaghetti sauce; 2) Held 2 large boxes of Velveeta cheese when melted. The smaller ones held 2 cans (12-14 oz) of sliced mushrooms each. I hope that helps you to somewhat visualize their capacity. I was quite surprised at how much they could hold.
