Answer:	Do not use the paella pan to saute the veggies. Use a regular non-stick frying pan.

Answer:	I wouldn't. The bottom of the pan is not thick enough to withstand the direct burner heat. Would you scramble an egg in one of your cake pans? It's that kind of thickness.

Answer:	it blisters and peels @ about 325 --- can't be used for anything once this happens --- and very little bakes at a temp below 325.

Answer:	The flipper has a very delicate touch, and I use it for fragile things like fish and eggs. However, for eggs over easy, you might find that the blade is not wide enough to fully support the egg.

Answer:	Mine melted immediately. I preheat my cast iron skillet for several minutes so its sizzling hot for whatever I need to fry. This spatula melted with the very first use. Hot garbage. I would highly NOT recommend.

Answer:	I'm not sure about everyone else but mine was perfect. Perhaps the one star reviewers expected the spatula to be coated in soft silicone like other spatulas. This one is a hard plastic-like product.

Answer:	I gave the large one to my mom so I cannot measure it, but the small one is approx. 5 inches from the bend to the end of the handle and 6 and 1/4 inches from the bend to the tip of the spatula. It is 2 and 3/4 inches from the low side to the high side of the head of the spatula. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Definitely more of a burgundy/cranberry tone, a dark red, perhaps? I think we're used to see rose as rose LOL, but they definitely do NOT have a pink hue to them, at all.
