Answer:	I like the belt part but I'm 5'4" and 140 and don't have it adjusted to the tightest setting, it's close but not all the way. I also like it to sit below my belly button but not bouncing on my legs when I run. I think the belt part is fine but the water bottles are kind of annoying. they don't stay closed and the pockets that they slide into are soft so you have to mess with it for them to slide back in while you are running. I'm saving up for a Nathan.

Answer:	These are the items that I carry in my bag with a full bladder for about 1 to 2 hour rides. Adventure Medical Kit .5, Nuun Hydration Tangerine Lime (12 Tablet Tube) and 3 TRIORAL Hydration Salts, Two GU Gels, Two Nature's Bakery Fig Bars, 1 pair of Latex Gloves, Small Face Towel, iPhone 8, Wagner of Switzerland Wallet, and Car Keys. I still have room for a few more things like a Hydrogen Peroxide Spray(2 FL OZ) and another multi-tool, but I stopped carrying those two things because the bag started getting a bit tough to zip up. I'll usually put my RaceFace Ambush Elbow Guards in the straps when riding high elevation climbs. Answer:	I have a Samsung S5 and there is a half inch more space in length. So I say YES, it should fit.

Answer:	Yes... but you need a little bit of practice. at first I had to use both hands. But either way, I did/do it on the fly (running). They are great.

There is an option to pick the size and color but as we ran out of stock of the 8oz Extra mile this week, you probably ordered the 6oz which is the only one available at the moment. Answer:	Provided it's the add-on with the pouch and bottle then yes. They just slide onto the belt, which are the same width.
