Answer:	I had the same complaint in my review of this oven. The directions make no reference to being able to set a clock. I tried to call DeLonghi customer service at least twice to ask if a clock could be set but was on hold forever and I always ended up hanging up. I think it's odd, not to mention unattractive, there is not a clock like most digital appliances (a microwave for example).

Answer:	No -- maximum would be 9x12 - and that is total maximum right up to the sides of the oven maximum (would air circulate properly - don't know). I absolutely love this oven and use it most nights to cook. I use 2 pans - a 10x10 (the back of the oven is round so the back of the oven is deeper than the sides) and an 8x10 pan. I set the convection oven for 425 and any meat, chicken or fish is cooked really well in under 15 minutes. And I have a small dutch oven that I fill with whatever and cook for an hour. Great little oven.

Answer:	It won't hurt to try using GU, but you should have enough liver and muscle glycogen to fuel a workout that short. Google "Mendosa Glycemic Index" and pick anything higher than 90 and eat it. Fuel problem solved. I doubt that's the problem though, as you indicate fatigue during the workout. I would RX 400mg of CoQ10 every day. Double that dose the first week. That should allow your heart to work harder with less fatigue. You might also try L-Carnosine, or the Rocktane product. I'm not a doctor. YMMV. All of this assumes you aren't fatigued from simply being out of condition. Pick up a copy of "Fast After 50" by Joe Friel. I think AMZN sells it. In general, fatigue comes from doing more work between rest than your body is conditioned for. Start wherever you're at and continue to ramp up the duration and intensity. I'm 64 and recently did a 70mi bike ride that took 6hrs - 4:45 moving time - no problem. "Wherever you're at, that's where you are" Begin....

Answer:	I have ridiculously heavy periods with lots of clotting. I used to use 2 super plus tampons at a time, plus a pad, and would bleed through in an hour. The cup works great for me. I often add a pad as backup on my heaviest days, but still, the cup holds more than 2 super plus tampons. On my heaviest days, I can wear a Softcup about 2 - 2 1/2 hours before leaking. Question:	How wide is the opening at the bottom
Answer:	Hello, If it takes a lot more then 2 ounces, please adjust your spray gun settings, and your spray technique. You should have the gun set to spray about a 4-5 inch wide pattern, when held 4-5 inches from the client. The farther back you hold the gun, the more solution you loose in the air (using more). Please also move you hand/arm faster. Most beginners move arm to slowly, It should take roughly about 5 min to spray two coats of 1 ounce each. This takes practice. It gets easier with time. Also if you are spraying yourself (not another person) you WILL use aout twice as much solution, because your are unable to hold arm and handle level during spraying. If you need help with this , please call MaxiMist Support at 727-834-9435 to get help with correctly adjusting your spraygun. You do not turn a setting to dry clients. Just stop pulling the trigger, (this stops solution )and twist off the sprayhead from the handle, so it blows air only (see your product booklet), or remove the hose from the gun to spray air only.

INSTRUCTIONS



1.- Wash flask with soap and water, rinse thoroughly, inflate flask with a puff of air, turn upside down with cap off, and let dry.

2.- Use funnel to fill the Flask to no more than 80% of its capacity.

3.- Hold the Flask with the spout up and squeeze to expel air until liquid is in spout.

4.- It is recommended to remove and discard the O-Rings from the caps, and twist the caps as tight as possible to avoid leakage.

5.- Do Not Fill With Carbonated Beverages.
