| Answer: | I have the Medium Talls in the 2XU brand compression/recovery tight. After several months of occasional wear (I also have two other brands of compression tights: Skins and C-WX), freshly laundered, laid out, the inseam is 28". Wearing them, the inseam stretches to my ankle bone at 29"-30", and would probably stretch to 31" or 32", if needed. I am 5'7" tall and 138 lbs. Before I got so "old", I was close to 5'9", but your torso compresses, not your inseam. When I ordered the Medium-regular, I had to return them, because the bottom hem of the tights hit part way up my calf and was really constricting. I was glad to find that 2XU makes them in a size Tall! I don't seem to need size Tall in the other brands. Depending on what I am doing, I wear one brand or another. I don't just wear them for my workouts.......if it's not too hot, I wear them all day, every day, on the advice of my Sports Medicine MD. I have knee issues and these tights really help to stabilize and keep the muscles from getting fatigued. |

So I though maybe it was too small and I bough a medium, even though the small was fitting just fine. Well a medium was a little too loose for compression and still see through, a little less but still... for that price I think they should make a better product. That is my only problem with this product but it was a deal breaker. I love how they look but won't wear them. If you always wear long shirts that fine you can get them but if you are going to the gym or do something else with them keep in mind that whoever is behind you will see everything lol. |

If you’re using a bottle with a bite valve (like the eddy), you might want to remove the cap before putting it in the freezer—otherwise, you’ll have to wait for the ice in the straw to thaw before you can drink anything We don’t recommend freezing the stainless steel, glass or Groove bottles, though you can certainly fill them with ice cubes if you like your water extra cold." |

| Answer: | I was wondering the same thing and checked Camelbak's website which reads, " Our Tritan (i.e., plastic) Chute, eddy and Podium bottles are safe to freeze—just make sure you only fill them ¾ full so there’s room for the water to expand. If you’re using a bottle with a bite valve (like the eddy), you might want to remove the cap before putting it in the freezer—otherwise, you’ll have to wait for the ice in the straw to thaw before you can drink anything We don’t recommend freezing the stainless steel, glass or Groove bottles, though you can certainly fill them with ice cubes if you like your water extra cold." |
