Answer:	I purchased it for my father more than a year ago and then purchased a second one as a back up. I have not had to use to back up yet. My dad had a Stage 2 pressure ulcer on his coccyx and is immobile secondary to a stroke. Using the seat cushion allowed him to be able to sit while the ulcer healed. He has not had an ulcer since. He stays in his wheelchair up to 16 hours at a time with no problems. Again, he has no ability to move or reshift his own body so his circulationis completely dependent on the inflation/deflation of the bladders. As his caregiver, I have peace of mind not having to worry about skin breakdown and not having to reposition him every two hours. It also is the least expensive alternating pressure seat cushion on the market, at least that was the case back in Oct 2014 when I did extensive research finding a solution.
