Question:	My water bottle has a weird odor even after washing in hot soapy dish detergent. How can I get rid of the odor
Answer:	Mine has leaked yes. It will leak slightly with the mouth/straw attachment on when held upside down. It will also leak if you undergo a pressure change. I was on an airplane flight and it leaked quite badly. I remedied this by flipping the straw to the open position so the pressure differential didn't cause an issue during flight. Overall I love this bottle I would recommend it over any other option!

Question:	How do you set up the straw
Answer:	There is no setup for the straw. When you receive the bottle the straw is already inside. There’s about a 3/4 inch of the straw at the bottom that is flexible so when you close the lid/opening the straw goes inside and when you pop open the lid to take a drink the straw pops out. I don’t actually use the straw because the opening is smaller than the opening of 16oz water bottle.

Answer:	The 128-oz bottle is 13.5" tall.

Question:	Straw top won’t go down. How do you close the top
Answer:	The straw just bends to close. If it won’t close, unscrew the top and play with the straw at the bend (at the end of the mouth piece). I have 4 of these water bottles and am a little stumped as to why one won’t close.
Question:	How do you wash this water bottle
Answer:	I use the dishwasher. With it being "tall" I put it where one of the jets will spray into it. The straw and lid I soak in hot dish soap water to kill all the bacteria and give it a little scrub after myself. As far as the strap goes I put the over a couple of the "stems" in the dishwasher. It typically will stay there.
Question:	Is this dishwasher safe
Answer:	I don’t believr it is bit it may also take off the wording if you do put it in the dushwasher!
Question:	Does this bottle sweat
Answer:	Yes the bottle does sweat.
