If a light is 5W, it is recommended to connect 8-10 lights. If you connect 12 lights, the lights will be darker. Because there is electrical loss in the long wire.

Beautiful at twilight and they stay brightly lit for at least 6 hours. Excellent results every time. Even when damp (not submerged) they will light. I'm thinking about getting some clear plastic balls and put a tea light in each one and add them to my landscape.
