1. Connect the break away rim and hoop mounting bracket to the backboard by using the tools and hardware provided.

• Align the screw holes of the basket and the backboard.
• Insert the screws in the holes.
• Lock the nut on the back of the backboard.

Answer:	I'm not sure, but ours has been solid for well over a year now with tons of use by my five sons and their friends. It is relatively lightweight, and if installed correctly into studs in the wall it will be very solid.

Answer:	RAMgoal was originally designed to replace the low quality door mounted hoops my son kept breaking, so the 9" diameter rim is similar in size to a door hung hoop. Hanging RAMgoal in the garage is an excellent idea.
Question:	what is the dimensions of the rim? Can you use a regulation size basketball
Answer:	Mary, the rim size is 9" in diameter, so it does not use regulation basketball. This is made for younger kids who need a smaller ball. There is an option to purchase a ball when you buy the goal. Having witnessed this goal in action personally, I would highly recommend it! Very durable and kids love it. Hope that helps!
Question:	Can this be mounted on a door? And do you have to screw it into the door/wall
Answer:	I have seen people screw the goal to a solid door. And yes the goal has to be screwed into studs or a solid surface.

Answer:	We have had one since Christmas, and the one we just got from Amazon has not been used yet. So far, both balls have no problems or defects.

Answer:	Actually, under "Product Details" it says the dimensions are "Product Dimensions: 4 x 4 x 4 inches ; 3.2 ounces" which confused me as well. Apparently it's not even a BALL, it's a bloody 4x4x4 inch CUBE! (Gonna be tricky to dribble the thing!) Seems the person who "answered" this valid question isn't any better at reading specs than the manufacturer is at writing them. ;)
Question:	Is the foam ball better for noise? I'm in an apartment and the inflatable ball is too loud. I'm hoping this one will reduce the noise enough to play
Answer:	The SKLZ heavier inflatable ball sounds 3x louder than this foam ball, in my house. I bounced each ball on carpet in my living room on the main floor and measured the sound level directly below in my basement using an app on my smart phone. The foam ball sound was roughly 65 dB and the inflatable ball was roughly 75 dB. This is 10 dB difference, which based on Wikipedia is 3x the sound level to our ears (10x the pressure level). Your situation and floors may vary. I suspect it's louder on wood floors. And one's pounding feet may be louder if jumping around. So, the best solution is to invite your downstairs neighbor to come upstairs and play a game of basketball; anyone can play.
Question:	What is the weight of the ball
Answer:	The weight of this SKLZ Pro Mini Swish Foam Ball is 3.3 ounces as measured on my digital scale. By comparison, the weight of the SKLZ Pro Mini Hoop Ball (which is a heavier inflated ball of roughly the same size, not a foam ball) is 5.6 ounces. So this foam ball is much lighter and will not do as much damage as it bounces off walls, lamps, and pictures in your room.

Answer:	Yes, they both fire the blue nerf n-strike elite darts. Also, mine is able to fire the nerf barricade whistler darts and the generic nerf suction cup darts with no modification.
