| Answer: | First off i will say it is a good helmet however for its price I personally wouldnt recomend it because at high speeds it does feel like it wants to rip off (160+). You must also keep in mind that this helmet does not come eith goggles so you have to find a set that fits nicely or wear sunglasses. It can also be a bit of a pain to constantly put on and take off. |

| Answer: | I can say from personal experience that it does provide protection in case of a wreck. Certainly not the same protection as a full face helmet, it's designed to protect against wind and bugs and dirt. But I laid my bike down last weekend at about 30mph and I felt my face hit the ground, and upon inspection of the mouth piece I could see that it is scuffed from having hit the pavement. No doubt it saved some major pain to my face and maybe a few teeth. If you're wanting full-face helmet protection this is not designed for that, but at low speed impacts it does offer some protection. |
