Answer:	Perhaps, but it may be difficult. The rack itself (where the bag sits) is about 5" wide and the space between arms is about 4.5 inches. The arms are pretty flexible-adjustable and may flare out enough to accommodate your frame. I don't think the tire size is a problem because even if it came close to the rack, there is 4.5 inches of clearance at that point. Attaching to the frame might require a bit more effort but I don't see any absolute reason for it not to work.

Answer:	For this model, yes there is only one frame size. We also have our Roca goggles that would offer a larger frame than the Cristo.

Answer:	Hi, I think they would be fine. I have a narrow face and have a pretty small build my self. There is room for making the goggles even smaller with the strap. They are comfortable and I have been very pleased with them. I use them for my bike commutes to work and they are the first goggles I have owned that don’t fog over!
