| Answer: | I'm sorry, I've already gotten rid of the bottles, but I think it was between 2 and 3 a day. I can't say for sure though.I was taking 5 or 6 a day. Since I've run out of the NOW brand and now have nothing to take, I've notice almost no difference in my pain. When I've run out of the other brand I used to use, GNC, my pain definitely got worse. |

Check your RETURNS AND ORDERS and click on returns and orders and go through the process to return damaged merchandise to the retailer. Most likely they won't even want you to return them, just trash them and they will send you a new bottle for no charge. |

| Answer: | Ultra here is referring to the amount of DHA and EPA provided by this product. This product has 500 EPA / 250 DHA which is one-third more of each than I got from my health food store brand. EPA and DHA are two of the three types of Omega3 so this means you are getting more Omega3 with this product than in most other brands, and for so much less money. I paid $35 a month for the health food store brand. This one comes out to $10 a month if you take three a day, which I do.In response to the side comment about the burping up of the flavor, I think that is dependent on the person. I rarely have any aftertaste, maybe once a month. It varies from person to person. I find the occasional burping tolerable because I am getting two (those found in fish) of the three forms of Omega3. The alternative, flaxseed or other plant-based oils, only offers the third form of Omega3, ALA. |

| Answer: | Yes, it’s a molecularly distilled ethyl ester product. Only low strength minimally processed fish oils are in the natural triglyceride form. The vast majority of fish oils on the market have been molecularly distilled and had their ratios of fatty acids manipulated to concentrate the EPA and DHA. Most fish oils that claim to be triglyceride form are actually synthetically reconverted into a partial triglyceride form after molecular distillation into an ethyl ester form. |
