Answer:	I couldn't,Because the mask is very tight, no additional glasses can be worn.

Answer:	Good field of vision but your peripheral vision is a little limited. I suggest an antifog like Spit.

Answer:	Excellent question. There were no instructions. I ended up disconnecting one side of the head strap to thread it through the small holder plastic piece, then rethreaded the strap— a pain. But then that small plastic piece broke, so that while it was threaded and attached to the mask, it could not hold the tube... so I ended up attaching the snorkel tube with duct tape. Not a good design. It worked though... as an aside, we had bought three other snorkel sets, all from different manufactures, that had much better designs... but couldn’t tell until received them and tried to put them on

Answer:	Because you are so tall, it will skew your weight and thus placement on the size chart. According to weight, you'd be a size Medium. However that is only meant for someone up to 5'11". Height is generally ±2" but I think you'll find it's too short through the torso and legs. In order to get an accurate size, you'll want to measure your chest and waist in addition to using your height and weight. All of that said, I don't think this suit is going to be a good option for you given your build and the level of stretch in this suit. Answer:	Yes, I think you can. I we find these pretty fitting and we're able to move in them. We went snorkeling and we found these to be warmer and better than the ones they provided us with before.

1.Wash by hand under 30 degrees Celsius water, no twist, no washing machine

Answer:	Hi. a medium would fit you well. I am 5'10 195 and my large fits me well. My waist is a 33. So you should be comfortable. Unless you need the extra room go with the large. still the medium for you is the way to go. Good Luck.
