Answer:	I would say if they're like 18 and are educated on how laxatives and different kinds of things can work in your system, then yes. However, this tea offers a very unpleasant experience. I personally experience serious bloat/gas shortly after drinking it, then cramping and finally a few bowel movements. I know that's probably not the most delightful description, but it's truthful. I'd also like to add that the bowel movements are not solid and it's usually more than one. The sense of urgency is very strong! I won't be using this tea again.
