Answer:	IT's 15 (Fifteen inches) or 38cm long. Vest Hits at start of hips as it's very tight on me (on purpose). I am 5'7", 160 pounds and I bought a size 6 which, when dry, doesn't zips up. I put it on in the shower as it needs to be wet to zips up as when the vest is wet, it grows in size. When I'm swimming, it's ideal. You don't want it to have any extra room. (And I have a smaller bust). Just FYI

Answer:	You need a 5-7mm suit. You might be ok with a 3 mm body suit and this over to keep core more warm. But I dive at Lake Tahoe. Even in the summer we wear 7mm to go down in the water. Anything below 10 feet gets COLD fast. Even in the summer, my friend that water skis, wears a 3mm shorty wetsuit and sometimes a 2/3mm vest over it. You don't want to mess around getting hyperthermic in the water and be 200-300 yards from shore.

Answer:	I just rinse it in the shower, wrap it in a towel and hang to dry. I used it for teaching swimming lessons and it took a beating from the chlorine, but the price is right for what I use it for.

Answer:	I don't think so. It is warm, but I would want protection on my arms, as well, to do a mile in cold water. I also purchased a long sleeve wetsuit top, by neosport, that is very comfortable. I wear the long sleeve one for snorkeling, and doing swim lessons. For colder water, I layer the best over the long sleeve shirt. Hope this is helpful!

Answer:	I am 36 / 30 and 10 is snug but not tight. There is some room for some expansion. I'd say if you are wearing over a tight fitting rash guard the 10 may work, otherwise the 12 may be better. I use for paddle board so I would probably go with the larger size for more room under the arms.

Answer:	Hello! This is the Thermoprene, NOT the Thermoprene Pro. They are basically the same with the same measurements, however, the Thermoprene is a little stretchier than the NeoSport XSPAN. Personally I prefer the NeoSport XSPAN jacket. That's a personal choice for me and doesn't reflect on the Thermoprene line.
