Unless there is an issue with the software itself (scratched/unreadable disk or invalid authorization numbers), I don't think any tech support will be able to help you. I say this because Microsoft officially ended support for Windows 7 on 1/14/2020. According to my online research, there is only one true work-around for the Windows 7 End of Service (EOS) issue: IF you had purchased Windows 7 (Professional or Enterprise) AND had activated the EOS option PRIOR to 1/14/2020. It's also important to note that the EOS updates are not free and must be renewed yearly. While I agree that this is bad news, there are some sites that promise to keep supplying Windows 7 updates for year. But once again, these updates will not be free. There are countless other sites that recommend a completely different OS system, one that is not reliant on Microsoft. But there are so many compatibility issues to consider with a new OS (will my printer work with the new OS? What type of internet browsers are available? Will my currently installed programs run on the new OS?) It certainly doesn't help that Microsoft is telling people that some older computers can't even run Windows 10!! Maybe a better temporary fix would be to upgrade to Windows 8? I'm not sure what the answer is, I'm exploring my options, too! Good luck and I'm sorry that I couldn't give you a more positive answer!

Answer:	The output of it is coaxial, so unless your dvd/radio has an antenna in that also does the radio you would need a coaxial to radio cable. We sell them for a couple of dollars, part numbers are 22394 & 22666.

Answer:	Hello Jean, This one is specifically meant for portable use. They manufacture the OA1000, OA1001, OA8400, OA8401, OA8500, OA8501, for mounting options for OTA antennas. Let me know if you have any questions on those!
Question:	My rv camper has an antenna on top of camper. it has cable & satellite port on the side of the camper. can i use one of these ports for the omnigo
Answer:	Yes! often you will want to use the cable connection and you will put the power supply for the OmniGo in the stowaway where the cable plug is. Then on the inside set your TV's to antenna instead of cable and you should be able to scan for off air channels.
