Question:	If I accidentally fold this tray in half in my bag, will it hurt the tray? What is inside the leather to keep the tray stiff
Answer:	You cannot fold the tray in half. If you did it would break the board or plastic that the leather is sewn around. That being said, they are pretty sturdy, so you’d almost have to try and break it in order for it to break. I doubt it would accidentally break it in your bag unless you threw bricks in your bag with the tray. 😉

Answer:	It *looks* to me like it's bonded leather - a thin layer of genuine leather cemented on synthetic. To me, it has a very faint leather smell. But if you're looking for percentage of leather vs. percentage of synthetic, I would say it's *mostly* synthetic. I don't think polyurethane, though, since that generally has a very strong smell to me, and I don't smell it here.
Question:	Would a vinyl monogram stick to the bottom
Answer:	If you're talking about the "cling" vinyl marketed for glass windows, I would guess it won't work as well on the PU leather of this tray, but you should get some kind of cling as long as you make sure the tray's surface is very slightly damp (no visible wetness), and the vinyl monogram is perfectly clean.
