Answer:	No. To answer you question. However, although it’s a decent monitor, I would take a look at Omron products in this area. Yes, they are a little more expensive, but my next monitor will be from that company. The cuff they use is great as well as it takes 3 intermittent readings and gives you an average.

Answer:	the cuff is separate but it has all the apparatus attached to it, where you just plug it into the machine.. so not sure it would work for you... As I stated before mine might have been a fluke but it was not at all accurate, and so I would be careful and make sure if you order it, you take it to the docs office and see if it reads what theirs does... Mine was way off like 20pts off...or more... it was crazy... which is why I won't use it.... for me it was a waste of money...

Answer:	I have not had any noticeable issues- and my cell phone is always "in the room." I think they mean that a cell phone could "possibly" interfere with the reading if right next to the machine. I have never tried to use the machine while my phone was within a few inches of it. I also have strong Wifi in my home and have not had any issues.

Answer:	No, it will work on either wrist,,, it may even work on an ankle..but will give inaccurate readings.. . but monitor needs to be approximately the same height as the heart, and held still during measurement. Take measurements about 5 times and average the results.... look up on google how to find an "average".

Answer:	I did not experience e4 errors, but did find this unit to be terribly inaccurate so purchased the table model with arm cuff and it is much more accurate. I have found that transferring readings to my iPhone from either unit isn't the most straightforward process, but they do always eventually get transferred.

Answer:	No electrical cord. I am an RN & this is the best BP cuff (when used correctly) that I have used in 40 years. It is accurate & easy. Know where your radial pulse is so you place it correctly & place arm (& hand) as directed. Once you do this correctly every BP taken will be easy & correct.

Answer:	I haven't had an X, but I have an iPhone 11 and the app works just fine. However, there doesn't seem to be anything that indicates it's actually downloading. In fact, the app just appears to be doing nothing, but after a couple of minutes I disconnect and the download is in the app. Weird, but it works.

Answer:	This wrist cuff is not accurate at all in any circumstances. I found it consistently read high compared to my omron arm cuff. I talked with my doctor and she informed me that wrist cuffs are not as accurate as arm cuffs. The wrist cuffs are convenient but it appears they give false readings. Mine constantly told me I was in hypertension crisis and to go to the er immediately. I then used my arm cuff and found my bp to be perfectly normal. I'd discuss with your doctor to find what works best for you.

I had so hoped that it would just merge those measurements into the Health program, but it didn't. Hope this helps or someone else can help that has newer phones.

Answer:	No, these are not recommended for a pressure cooker. They are not tested for this use and they could break.
Question:	Where is this made from
Answer:	Stoneware cannot be used on the stove, in a toaster oven, or used for broiling. (Pyrex can’t be used in those capacities., either). You need pyroceram pieces for that. They’re widely available on Ebay, at very reasonable prices. Vintage French White pyroceram is the “F” series, usually with embossed identification. Le Creuset makes exceptional stoneware that can go in the broiler and toaster oven, but can’t be used on a stove. It’s also very pricey, as is the new pyroceram recently released. Vintage Pyroceram is fantastic, and the most versatile of cookware. It can be taken straight from the freezer and put on the stove. You can bake, broil, microwave, serve and store with it. They were made in many different, beautiful patterns. You can also buy plastic lids that are great for storing in the fridge or freezer. I love mine.

What's Included:

Step 1: Preparation

Find a good place to sit down and try and stay calm for several minutes before taking your measurements.

Put the cuff carefully around you upper arm (bare skinned) and place the BM47 on the table/desk in front of you.

Step 2: Adjusting & Positioning

Adjust the cuff with enough space so that 2 fingers fit between the cuff and your arm. Let your arm fall on the table and bring the cuff up about heart level.

It's important to ensure that the tube is in line with the center of your palm.

Step 3: Measurement

Then, choose your user profile and press Start.

The BM47 will automatically measure systolic and diastolic blood pressure as well as your heart rate. All of this, while tracking your heart rate regularity. Make sure to continue sitting still and avoid talking for accurate readings.

Measure twice in a row in order to get the most accurate results.

What does the BM47 measure?

1. Systolic Blood Pressure - indicates how much blood pressure is being exerted against your inner artery walls when the heartbeats.
2. Diastolic Blood Pressure - indicates how much blood pressure is being exerted against your inner artery walls while the heart is resting between beats.
3. Pulse (Heart rate) - measures the heartbeats per minute.
