Answer:	No you cannot trade them in to my knowledge. I put mine cartridges in my recycle bin since my community recycles.

Answer:	They have different cartridges for different machines. Some will laminate. I just use mine for making stickers so it's just sticky on one side. It's also a great way to make cheap glitter paper. Just sprinkle on the sticky side and then run it back through again on the other side.

Remove the cap from the pen and insert the pen into the accessory adapter until the arrow on the pen disappears.

Step 2.

Open the clamp on the machine and hold up while inserting pen and adapter until they snap into place; close the clamp.

Step 3.

Once the machine has finished writing, open the clamp and pull the pen upward to remove both the pen and the adapter.

Step 4.

Remove the adapter from the pen and replace the pen cap. The accessory adapter may be stored in the compartments found in the door of the machine.

Answer:	We just got out of a Cricut class tonight, 10/14/2019) at a local Michaels. We (my wife and I) both downloaded the DesignSpace software in class from the Cricut website to our Windows 10 laptops and after downloading a small Windows add-in, were able to launch DesignSpace, create and cut projects successfully from out laptops. We also had out Apple iPads and downloaded the Apple Store DesignSpace app and had no problem using them to design and cut. Can’t speak about the Mac though...

Answer:	The only difference between the air1 and air2 is the speed of the cut and the color options for the machines. I have the air2 and I honestly haven't even tried the faster cutting option because I've been cutting really delicate things and I was afraid that it would rip the material at a faster speed. I guess this question depends on how much you would use it and for what. I don't, by any means, think the air1 is "slow".

Answer:	Yes. It is housing and blade both. Will work for any explore machine or the Maker. It is actually the exact same thing as the normal fine point blade. It's just a different color. The gold blades and housing are also the same. People buy the different colors and use one blade exclusively for paper, one exclusively for glitter one for vinyl, etc. I actually use this pink one for anything sticky like vinyl or sticker paper. I have the Maker so i use the rotary blade for material. But this pink blade will cut anything you use the regular silver blade that came with your machine for. Just remember, when replacing blades, you can ONLY use the white or red or pink capped blades (and blue for deep cut) The Gray capped ones are NOT for any of the explore machines or Maker.

Answer:	You can use a cricut to cut htv to put on shirts yes. These are just the tools to take vinyl off the cricut mats not the actual cricut itself.
