Answer:	This is a soft boot and will tech like a hiking boot. These do run medium width. You are better off in a Soft boot style then a hard shell if your foot is wide. Once you have the correct size of skates it is always best to check the following items below to ensure a proper fit:

- The skate's closure system should be secured snugly ensuring the heel is locked in. It also helps to give the heel a little tap on the floor to push it into the rear of the boot.

- When standing with knees bent or skating, the heel should be secure and have no to minimal lift. In the skating position the heel tends to settle back into the skate and demonstrate the true fit. A skate that is too loose can compromise ankle support

- Toes should not be pressed against the front of the skate or cramped.

- Better skaters tend to like when their toes lightly brush against the toe area because they know their heels will settle back giving them the proper room and allowing the skate to feel like a true extension of their foot. This is all personal preference.

Question:	Why does the brake not go on? The screw holes on one side don’t allow it to screw in
Answer:	Did not have this problem. The instructions are simple but if the brake doesn’t go on correctly, return them. Got these for my twelve year old and he detached the plate from boot and had them together in about 10 minutes.

If you upgrade the wheels to the supreme wheels or hydrogen wheels you will get even more life out of them. this skate comes with 80mm wheels. Any 80 mm inline skate wheel will fit these. Answer:	It's not recommended to take them out because of the wobble you might have to put it back on it took me forever to figure that out. Lol
