Answer:	Both. Manufacturer specs list wavelengths between 500-2500nm. Rest assured, this is nothing like a 660nm or 850nm near infrared bulb. This device produces very hot heat that can burn your skin if the device is too close for the 15 minute duration.

Answer:	To the best of my knowledge, this lamp is not like you would expect with light bulb it has a mineral plate and a heating device, the minerals once heated starts the process of healing, or relieving of pain. I have had, up to now, very good healing and pain reduction with far-infrared technology. I am no doctor, and can only speak for my results. There are areas of the body and certain ailments that the lamp might not be able to relieve. Please do extra research or contact your doctor, to see if it is appropriate for you. Answer:	This is a gas cartridge only. You can use a 501 plastic retainer plus filters like 5P71 or 5N11. If you need P100 filtration, get a 502 bayonet adapter so you can attach the circular filters on top of the gas cartridge. I prefer having gas and particle filtration separate so you don't have to throw out expensive combo gas/ particle cartridges just because you got into a dusty area and clogged up the particular filter.

Question:	Has anyone measure the emf output of these bulbs? i am trying to get a 0 or very low emf level to protect from those negative effects
Answer:	Incandescent bulbs are best for this. Which I believe these are. You may want to look into dirty electricity filters like greenwave, stetzer or static. Plug those into the outlet or get a whole house unit. Personally like the greenwave. The others are probably awesome too. Also may want to ground any of the metal on this unit.
Question:	Could you please tell me the DIMENSIONS of the bottom of the stand? I want to set up it up in tub/shower stall as infrared sauna
Answer:	26-3/4" x 26-3/4". I'm also trying to use it as an infrared sauna, but it's totally designed for use by hair salons. The height is somewhat adjustable, but not low enough for legs or feet. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It's recommended to help with postmenopausal women. I started to develop hormonal acne around my chin area. But it really didn't help. Therefore, I stopped taking it.

Answer:	This is a little overkill, but as long as it’s P/N 100 you’ll be good for Asbestos. Check out the NIOSH and 3M websites for more info. For Asbestos, I wouldn’t go less than P/N100...for Asbestos, I always use P100 filter cartridges.
