Vostok company story starts back in 1942, when one of the Moscow watch-making plants has been evacuated from Moscow to a little town Chistopol located on the Kama River. Defense equipment was the only company output during war years, but as soon as the war was over Vostok started to make mechanical wrist watches - the main production item ever since. In 1965 Vostok company was appointed an official supplier of watches for the Defense Department of the Soviet Union. This year marks the creation of the world-famous "Komandirskie" ("Commander") watch. Military watch grew very popular even with people who were unaware which end of the gun bullet comes off, mainly due to high precision, excessive reliability and durability. The appearance of the watch also contributes to its appeal - functional and clear-cut design invoked the feeling of belonging to the tough world of combat professional. The experience which Vostok gained through development of the army watch was the foundation of our next special watch - "Amphibian". Success of the professional watches determined the company's present philosophy - to create mechanical watches maintaining precise timekeeping at any temperature, in any environment, surviving heavy pressure and blows. The viability of the chosen strategy is now time-proven. A vast multitude of people both in Russia and abroad boasting "Vostok" watches and various international prizes awarded for high quality and commercial success testify to this. User questions & answers
Question: | Can you wind it manually too |
Answer: | Right behind the clasp, place your finger and gentle pull it outward. |
Question: | How long are the nato straps? are the straps thick enough (stiff enough) to put on your wrist easily, or the flimsy thin material |
Answer: | Yes, the case diameter of this watch is 38mm |
Question: | Es automatico |
Answer: | I'm unsure if the gold would rub or come off. The gold tone don't cover the links fully. So, if you are an attention to detail kind of person you will see that the gold tone color was completed on the gold tone links. So the best bet is not to get gold tone and try the stainless steel one. |
Question: | Would I be able to go diving off a diving board per say with it |
Answer: | I personally didnt purchase a warranty on the tires. But i have purchased these tires several times with no complaints about quality. |

User questions & answers
Question: | How do you resize the band length |
Answer: | If you look inside the band there are small arrows indicating the direction to drive the pins out. If you are unfamiliar or don't have a tool kit for watches, I recommend taking it to any jeweler. Most will charge a small fee, dont pay over $20. I bought a watch repair tool kit on Amazon for less than $20. |
Question: | Is it possible this watch is in stock and I can get it pithing 2 weeks max |
Answer: | Ask the merchant |
Question: | How small of a wrist will it fit? I have a 7" wrist |
Answer: | Yes you can remove links if needed |
Question: | How big is it? I mean, thick wrists are needed to fit it well? Regards |
Answer: | Mine is neither wide or thick but I compensate with a somewhat large hand. Besides its size, you need to make sure that your wrist feels comfortable with a "heavy" watch around it. If you are used to regular rubber strap watches this will definetly feel different from what you've seen before. All of my three watches sport metal straps, so weight was never an issue for me. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Why does the watch have a battery if its mechanical |
Answer: | This particular watch has a limited international 2-year warranty. |
Question: | I bought this watch a week ago and constantly played with it by winding the crown, now when I wind it I feel a click, is it broken |
Answer: | The Relic Men's ZR77224 watch has an automatic movement with 3-hand analog. |
Question: | How do you remove the links to this watch |
Answer: | No, I don't think so |
Question: | Does the second hand tick or is it a smooth motion |
Answer: | From its appearance, I am guessing it is a Chinese copy of a high quality Swiss ETA automatic movement. My watch loses just three seconds per day, similar to a $1,000 automatic Swiss watch...just luck of the draw. At this low price point, a gain or loss of fifteen second per day would be fine. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Do the two stopwatch dials need to be screwed down to maintain the water resistance? It would be nice to just keep them up |
Answer: | Why does this seem to be the biggest questions about watches. "Can i take a shower with it?" That just seems weird, and why would you? If you can't swim with it, you can't shower with it. You can't swim with this watch. 50 matters doesn't mean you can swim down 50 meters with it. it means it can stand 50 meters of water pressure which is completely different. Showering can increase that pressure since it is not standing water. Why take the chance, and once again why shower with a watch? Leave your clothes next time you shower. Not even the weird question, but why expose the watch to the shower when you don't have to? Build up of calcium and other minerals if this is a frequent thing. Ever see the build up in your shower heads and faucets. This will happen to your watch. Salt water even worse, and most times diver watches are bought not for diving, but decoration, and historical nostalgia. Frankly it's more of a keepsake in my opinion. |
Question: | Regardless of what position my dial is in, i cannot get a reaction out of the chronograph features (excluding second hand chronograph), whats up |
Answer: | Case is steel |
Question: | Is every sub-dial fucntional |
Answer: | Yes, you have to unscrew the crown and wind the watch then |
Question: | Is this an authentic Invicta watch |
Answer: | this strap is defiantly not flimsy |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does this watch come with a letter of authenticity |
Answer: | Mine did not but came with a factory box and all the papers included warranty card. Had no issue with registrating the watch. Had a local jeweler familier with Tissot check for authenticity and to the best of his abilities he is certain it is an actual Tissot. My opinion on letters/cards of authenticity is if they can fake the product, then faking a piece of paper is not an issue. |
Question: | Does this watch have a sapphire cristal |
Answer: | Hello. Yes, this watch have a sapphire crystal. Tissot is producing high quality watches for very reasonable prices. I believe you will not regret if you will buy any Tissot. Regards. Pavel Description Silver-tone stainless steel case with a silver-tone stainless steel bracelet. Uni-directional rotating silver-tone stainless steel with a blue top ring bezel. Blue dial with luminous silver-tone hands and dot hour markers. Minute markers around the outer rim. Dial Type: Analog. Luminescent hands and markers. Date display at the 6 o'clock position. Tissot Seastar 1000 Automatic Blue Dial Men's Watch T120.407.11.041.00. |
Question: | This watch is not listed in the tissot store when you click on the seller link. is this a china fake |
Answer: | Tissot takes out from their website watches that are not longer sold or replaced for newer models. This watch is in the Tissot catalog. You do have to be careful from what seller you buy it. Our watches have a 2 year warranty. |
Question: | Why is this watch called a chronometer when it does not have a cosc certification |
Answer: | I can’t answer that, I wondered that myself, however I’ve time graphed this watch and it is running well within COSC standards, I am getting +1 seconds a day better than my Omega, Tag and Oris. |

Question: | How do you change the clock |
