Answer:	Have the same problem ~ love the watch and the velcro closure, but need a replacement band ~` Hope there is an easy solution provided. jr (I have used a hair pony tail type rubber band rolled over several times to hold the velcro in place, but not good looking or practical)

Answer:	Yes. I set it for 3 minutes when I’m cooking a steak and once the alarm sounds I flip the steak and the countdown timer automatically starts counting down another 3 minutes.

Answer:	i set the 3 alarms at 10 minutes apart. also, take watch off wrist and set by bed. otherwise, alarm is soft, if your wrist happens to under the pillow at the wrong moment. also, the alarm will go off every 5 minutes if you choose that option. a great watch for $33.

Answer:	This watch measures your movement using GPS, so once it connects to GPS (you need to be outside) it will record and display how fast you are moving and how far you have gone, and your average pace and average pace for the previous mile, and it will record your coordinates. I've been using the watch for two weeks to track walking and jogging in a city. I've found it most helpful to look at the data output in Runkeeper after syncing the watch on my laptop (it's quick/automatic to pass the activities to Runkeeper) because it gives the same detailed output that app normally generates (map view, speed and elevation charts, average pace, average pace for each mile).
