Answer:	Comes as a post mount but post mount is designed to be easily removed to become a rail mount, which is what i did in about 2 minutes. If you have the ability to install a rail mount seat, you will have no trouble.

Answer:	What I have learned is that some seats slide back and forth where us guys need to be able to angle the seat and be able to tilt it forward. This seat from the pics will allow you to tilt the nose down. You should also raise the seat up so that your leaning over the handlebars not arms parallel. All stuff I didn't know before.

Answer:	Ok, here you go.... The total length of the seat (front to back) is 10.5". At the widest part of the seat (back) it's 6.25" and at the narrowest (front) it's 1.5". The back part of the seat almost appears to have 2 separate cushions for your buttocks. They are each 2.75" wide, with a narrow indentation (guess that's why it's good for your prostrate!). As for depth of the cushioning, it goes from 2.25" at the back, narrowing to 1.5" in the front. Love this seat!!! I have bought these for both my bikes. Friends that have tried my seat have also purchased it. No "getting used to the seat" after having been off it for a while. Instant comfort! We generally ride between 10-20 miles.

Answer:	It comes with a clamp but the seat is not suitable for road use I think this is more of like a exercise bike seat. If you are in anyway an aggressive rider steer clear of this one
