Answer:	Comes as a post mount but post mount is designed to be easily removed to become a rail mount, which is what i did in about 2 minutes. If you have the ability to install a rail mount seat, you will have no trouble.

Answer:	Since the seat has a deep indent in the center where your tailbone sits, I will say there won't be any pressure on your tailbone. I'm 210 lbs and have not experience any tailbone pressure using this seat.
