Even if you put warm water in it, the heater only keeps the water warm for about 20 minutes and then it begins to turn cold. So I would say that you can just put the cold water in it and the heater is not strong enough to actually heat up the water.

Answer:	I recently discovered that using oil is way better than acetone for the skin! I just find a corner that's lifting and get oil under that spot and let it work and within minutes the nail glue just let's go. Coconut, avocado, grapeseed, hempseed, argan, jojoba, even canola or mineral oil works. I prefer any of the 1st 6 personally.
Question:	Is this Dual Voltage
Answer:	I always keep both acetone & non acetone remover on hand. When I just want polish removal, not nail removal, I use non acetone, and when I need to remove them, I use acetone. I find even the littlest bit of acetone degrades the nail past the point of no return. Lately, I discovered oil is better at removing the nails than acetone & much better for the skin. Coconut, olive, avocado, grapeseed, jojoba, argan, even canola or mineral oil will work Also, a cool trick if you don't have non acetone, just use the same polish you're taking off, lay a coat on your nails, wait maybe a minute for it to sort of combine with the old polish, then wipe off. The polish underneath will wipe off with the new polish since in science, like dissolves like. This also works for hair dye! Put a dot of hair dye anywhere you got it on your skin and wipe, it'll wipe the dried stuff right off too! Total game changer there! With dye though, after wiping it off you've gotta wash the area with water to make sure all the wet dye is gone or else when that dries you'll have dye on you again.
