Answer:	If you grab the brown paper roll, with your hand wrapped all the way around the middle of the roll, while it’s still on the blue handle, and pull from there, it comes right off. I was trying to push in the blue pieces at the top of the roll and a few other ways but nothing. Pulling from the middle is the trick.

Answer:	It worked great for me with 3/16th stainless rivets on a sail boat mast, like butter, don't know about structural rivets(?).

Answer:	I don't know about rivet nuts , but it is a great rivet gun much better than any others i have ever used.

Answer:	They just look like that. Even looking at mine, they look like one is longer then the other, but when you put both handles down on a level base, the tool is perpendicular

Answer:	You are only limited by the length of the rivets that are available to you. I riveted some 1/8th angle to the frame on my golf cart for my battery box with 1/4 inch stainless steel rivets with no problem at all. You shouldn't have any problem reinforcing your floor pan.
Question:	does it crimp hollow rivits
Answer:	It only works with hollow rivets, meaning the ones that have a shaft that snaps off at the specified tension, aka "poprivets". I drilled out about thirty 3/16 inch aluminum rivets and replaced the with 1/4 inch aluminum rivets and it did a great job.

Answer:	It could be the rivet, might have been just a little bent when inserted into the tip. That is my best guess? I kept my rivet gun oiled from time to time and I never had any problems. Hope this helps, good luck.

Load the Rivet Nut

Before load the rivet nut, make sure the handles are fully opened. then you can load the nut in the riveter stem.

Insert the Rivet

Insert the rivet into the hole.

Press the Handle

Press the handles and rivet the nut in place.

Turning the Knob

Rotate the knob counterclockwise to unload the rivet tool.
