Question:	will the wheels damage hardwood floors
Answer:	Great question, nope! We have wooden floors at home. I do clean the wheels after outdoor use but that’s about it. It’s great for small spaces too! Overall we are extremely happy with XJD!
Question:	There is no clamp for the seat, where is the clamp
Answer:	I'm not sure, honestly. If you are referring the seat clamp lever then there is not one. You have to use an Allen wrench to losen and tighten the screw to adjust seat height. If its the whole clamp then I would contact the seller to inform them you never received it. That is of it isn't on the frame or bike seat bar already. Sorry, I hope this helps.
Question:	Many reviews say too small for their 2yr old... what is the ideal height child for this tricycle
Answer:	The seat height is adjustable from 11.8 inch to 14.2 inch (30-36cm). It is Suitable for height from 29” to 37.4” babies. Max Load: 55.11lbs.
Question:	what is the height from the lowest seat to the floor? since my baby is just 1 1/2 and rather short. Thank you
Answer:	1.5-year-old baby can use it, and three-wheel mode has good stability. I will give you some height data as reference. Handlebar height 50 cm , minimum height of the seat is 30 cm, can be adjusted up to 36cm If you have other questions, please contact me.

Two-wheel Balance Bike Mode

Recommend a younger baby to use the three-wheel mode,with baby grow 2-3 years old, the rear wheel folded and the tricycle is converted into a two-wheeled balance bike.

Pedal Tricycle Mode

Install the pedals, and baby drives the tricycle forward with his feet. Train baby's learn to steer ability

Three-wheel Sliding Mode

12-24 months toddler does't have a good balance ability, and the two-wheel sliding mode does't have good stability. We recommend using the three-wheel sliding mode

Adjust Handlebar angle 35°, 90° forward,35°, 90° backwards.
