Answer:	I don't oil them but I guess it wouldn't hurt. I haven't had any problems getting the meat and veggies of the skewers. Usually beef has enough oil to lubricate the skewers. I have used wooden skewers that had to be soaked in water first. Food always stuck to them. But, these are really nice. I definitely recommend these. I hope this helped.
