Answer:	To correctly answer the question - no. It requires 120vac @ 60hz. British supply is 230vac @ 50hz. Need to buy version made for the juice where it will be used; this appliance is made to work on a 15amp 120v breaker which is common is US households.

Answer:	There is a magnetic connection between the cord and the fryer. If you attempt to connect the cord upside down, the cord will fall out of the fryer socket. Note which side you are trying to put the plug into the fryer socket, if it falls out turn the plug over and plug in with the opposite side up. Also the cord can't have ANY TENSION on it. The cord needs to be able to be plugged in to the wall socket without any form of pulling on the cord connected to the fryer. If you can't do this then you need a appliance extension cord (a heavy duty since plug extension generally 3ft long with only 1 plug) Don't just buy any cheap extension cord or power strip as they aren't designed to handle the load of the fryer and can overheat and start a fire.

Answer:	Crispy enough for me ! I have not done my own from scratch. . . . just the ready to heat and eat wings. Don't think you'll do wrong with this item ! Mentioned to a friend just yesterday, that I got rid of my trusty toaster oven that took up more counter space, as the Air Fryer does as much and more than it did ! Enjoy. . . BTW I see that it's on special ! ! My son paid $129 plus tax etc. . . it's $71 at least briefly ! !

Answer:	I did not see anything in the book about being BPA free but you can call them at 888-792-2360 or customerCare@thesecura.com for any questions about the Secura unit. Hope this helps but I can say I find myself using it more and more.
Question:	is the cooked food soggy on the bottom
Answer:	I made breaded chicken tender, thinly sliced pork tenderloin, fried green tomatoes, breaded cauliflower, etc. non of these became soggy. When breading, first dip in flour, than into an egg ( I add oil into the egg mixture) than into the breading. I mix raw potatoes with oil and seasoning. When cooking, shake 1/2 thru to prevent sticking, and they will always be crispy and delicious. Again, no sogginess. Bought another Secura for a relative.
Question:	How long does it take to make food
Answer:	You have to be specific about what you want to cook with this question. A full basket of frozen chicken wings takes about 25 to 30 minutes to air fry. A defrosted rib eye steak takes about 6 minutes to cook, depending on how thick it is. Hopefully, this helps give you an idea. There are lots of free airfryer recipes online that will tell you how long you need to cook things and at what temperature.
