Question:	Does a safety flag come with it
Answer:	I have twice. I satisfied the wish of a female friend I knew because she wanted to take a spin on it around the parking lot; I did better and went around the block. She was only about 93-101 pounds dripping wet, but it handled like it always had, her being live cargo did not affect anything, the wheels did not bend, nor did the axle. The other time was my brother who clearly weighs close to me at around 175 lb. Again no damage to the trailer, though I could tell there was weight but still not much more than when I loaded it down with dead weight.

Answer:	No. I'm even thinking of modifying my e-bike throttle so it will not be possible to exceed 10mph without flipping an over-ride switch when the trailer is attached. I also always wear a helmet and leather gloves, but would absolutely never tow a trailer at any speed without wearing safety gear. IMPORTANT LEGAL INFO: Keep in mind that in the U.S. in SOME states an ebike (or a "scooter") that can exceed 20mph is considered a MOTORCYCLE, which means insurance, a driver's license, and vehicle registration. In addition, if you pull a trailer with such a vehicle the trailer may also require registration...which you MAY be unable to obtain for something like this.
Question:	Can I use this with one kid? I have one son but we plan on having more so I figure I might as well get one that sits two. Would the weight be shifted
Answer:	I took these off the day after I purchased this trailer and never put them back on. Removing them allowed the trailer to fit through my doors and, in my opinion, improved the looks of the trailer greatly. It's been 18 months of use, at least weekly, carrying all sorts of loads and I've had no issues, structural or otherwise. The only problem I've had with this trailer, in fact, is with the axle pins bending but this was caused by overloading and taking corners to fast and nothing to do with the siderails.

Answer:	22" wide x 31" long at the inside bottom and the top of the side rail is 14" high. plenty of room for a big cart full of groceries. 3 years of trouble free use so far. Including Wisconsin winters. I did replace the tires and tubes almost right away.

Answer:	This backrest comes with the post, backrest and pad. Plus all hardware. Some sellers that do not know the product are just sending the backrest and pad that is just a replacement part. Order from a bike shop or someone that knows this product. We check every one of these before we ship!

Answer:	It comes with 4 shims but 2 are identical. The package says it fits seatposts from 25.4 to 32.0 mm but the package came with 2 (26.8 mm), 1 (29.4 mm), and 1 (30.8 mm). It did not come with one that fits 25.4 mm seatposts.

Answer:	I'm not sure I agree with the "easy to assemble" claims of the others, as I found the initial assembly instructions to be very difficult to understand, but I do agree that it's quite portable. It unhitches from the kid's bike, retracts, and clips to the wheel fork of the parent bike. You can also take the bar part completely off with a quick-release from the parent bike, leaving the attachments on both of the other bikes.
Question:	Has anyone used this to tow from an adult "fatbike" (4" wide back tire) ? Would it rub when not towing
Answer:	It will not rub and you won't have any troubles. I have mine on a 29" (740mm dia.) and there is plenty of clearance for your 26x4 (750 mm). Congratulations you are about to become the envy of every parent on the trail!!
Question:	Do I also need to buy the Seatpost Kit and the Tow Bar Receiver Kit? or they are all included
Answer:	The package I bought included all I needed to set up. If you want to take turns towing with another adult you will need the extra kit. It is not convenient at all to change these from bike to bike. Once you get them on you will not want to take the off since you need to put them on very tight.

Got it on sale for $70 and had a great time last year! Get a helmet for safety.

Answer:	No onboard storage for the wheel apparatus. You can trail the device with the handle still attached. I am sure there are inelegant ways to take the wheel and its suports with you, but I have not explored that nor does the manufacturer suggest how to do it. There IS onboard storage of the arm that connects the trailer to the bike.

Answer:	I dont know what you mean with 360 degree hitch. But like stated earlier the trailer stays upright when the bike goes down.

Question:	I assume that the wheels spin via roller bearings but are the axle bushings plastic or metal
Answer:	I have this on my 29er with a rack and have towed 2 different bikes with it. I've got my seat up pretty high so the bike clears the rack. The only downside is that as mount got higher the kid's tire gets closer to my rear tire. Going over bumps, his front will hit my rear which can be weird if you're not expecting it. I'm assuming I can get the mount a little lower on my post to keep his tire off mine and still keep the bar off the rack. Overall I love it - lets me tow my kid to school then take his bike to work with me unloaded.

Answer:	45 lbs is pretty big for this trailer. My guy is 35 lbs and he is comfortable sitting up in it, but it's a tight fit laying down and he dislikes it. So, assuming yours will stand up the entire time, you gotta take wide turns and maintain a low center of gravity to ensure the trailer doesn't tip. Mine jumped out a few times, so you have to attach them with the built in short leash. A mirror looking back is critical so you can see what he's doing... I'd do lots of short rides in safe, uncongested places before taking him in any environment where there are peripheral dangers such as traffic, lots of people, and swerving.

Question:	Is the hitch included
Answer:	It can make very sharp turns. I am not sure what you mean by lift up and go down. I can tell you it goes over curbs and the rider cannot even feel it. I've used it for thousands of miles, fully loaded, and it performed perfectly.
Question:	Is it possible to put on larger wheels? Not clear if the axles are compatible with standard front bicycle wheels
Answer:	In all honesty, it takes about 2-5 seconds. All you do is press down on a metal bracket that holds the pin in place to release it and then pull up on the pin. The hitch is absolutely ingenious. Since the part that attaches to your bicycle is rubber, is has a lot of give. This is important when you lean your bike (like putting it on a kickstand or just dropping the bike when you get off of it) because the trailer will stay solidly on the ground but allow your bike to lean. And attaching/releasing the hitch only takes 30 seconds or so...if that.

Answer:	Yes. You will not have the lever on your current through axle, and the Ballz version requires the use of a wrench.
