Question:	What is the life expectancy of the battery, and can it be replaced
Answer:	Fully charged i have used it with the pedal assist for over 20mi snd still had 2 bars of battery left on the charge. The charge time is 7ish hours from nearly dead, the battery does not remove, though it can be removed if you ever needed to replace it, though if you're not a technically savvy person i would suggest bringing it to a bike shop. I have had this bike about 4 months now and i ride is about 10-15mi a day.. so far I haven't noticed any less range, speed, or anything else weird.
Question:	How difficult is it to ride the bike with no electric power assist
Answer:	The bike is very easy to ride without power assist, just as much as any single speed beach cruiser or similar bike. I had posted that it seemed a bit more difficult, then I realized the tires were not fully inflated as they accept extreme PSI according to the sidewall. Now my bike rolls very easy. I recommend pedaling on the flat and save battery for starts and hills.

It's a small frame bike. Tall yes, but length from seat to handle bars is pretty short and we are both only 5'7"-5'8". Not sure how to (if able) fix yet.

Answer:	I would not call it water proof, it is electric - it has worked for me in the rain and after it was in the rain so it resists rain fairly well - it's never given me any problems but I'm not going to tell you to use an electric bike in the rain if the manufacturer does not specifically warrantee use in the rain - my advice is "it works in the rain (and after the rain) I do not recommend using it in the rain or getting the electrical/electronic parts wet"

Answer:	I have left this out in the rain and used it in the rain and had no problems - I still recommend keeping it under a roof in a dry place - the battery holder does collect water when it rains - I recommend checking this and dumping it out or soaking it up with a rag when necessary - it has shown itself to me to be somewhat water/rain resistant but it's still electric so I would still not press it and recommend keeping it dry if possible - but if you are concerned about buying it because you fear it might not work in the rain don't be, you should buy it

Answer:	Nothing I could find. I received a 250.00 refund from the seller once amazon got involved. The seller did not want the bike back when I tried to get a refund. I was able to sell it on Craigs list for 200.00 so my monetary loss was around 150.00 when I finally settled it. Let the buyer beware.

Answer:	Based on USA law, you do not need a driver's license for a electrical bike as long as at full power without peddling you don't go over 20mph. But if you are going over 20mph at full speed without peddling then it's considered a motor vehicle and needs to have a driver's license.

I found these quite by mistake because I was trying to figure out how to reset the trip meter to zero. First you need to make sure you have the correct controller and interface. Mine sits vertical, however it appears in some images they have another controller that sits horizontal and I have no idea how that one works. I searched online with the model information and have a manual for it from another e-bike - if you send your email address I will forward it to you. To access general settings menu, hold both the “+” button and the “-” button for 2 seconds. First setting to show is Trip Distance Clearance shown by TC on the display. Choices are y or n. If you save the setting with a y it will clear the distance. . Press the + or - button to change the value. . Press the info "i" button for 2 seconds and then exit general settings Next setting is the back light setting (or bL). Values are 1 - 3. . Press the + or - button to change the value. . Press the info "i" button to save your change. The next setting is the one you are looking for - Unit km/ml Conversion. Values are “1” is mile and “2” is kilometer. The default value is “2”. . Press the + or - button to change the value. . Press the info "i" button to save your change. Answer:	I did not receive the basket that is shown. Mine is a metal wire basket that folds up. I am not real crazy about the basket but I decided that it was not that important to me, I have since taken it off. So I guess to answer your question it would depend on which basket you get.

Answer:	No, don't buy this bike if you are 5'2''. When sitting on the seat you feet will not touch the ground. Probably need to be 5'4'' or taller to touch the ground. Once going you could ride this bike but considering it is heavy the starting and stopping would be a pain. We had to return ours.
Question:	How much does the bike weigh
Answer:	Quite heavy probably.75#. Not a problem as you probably want a heavier bike when using power.
Question:	Is it ok for an 85 year old man
Answer:	Well, i have to say yes, if he currently rides a bike this size or has driven an electric bike. Remember that with an electric bike, when you start to peddle, the motor kicks in and the bike takes off. You can avoid this by applying the brake and it will slow down a bit. I would suggest riding the bike with the key turned off at first, then turn the key on. He's 85 and i'm not a doctor, but care should be taken if he has no experience riding a bike. If he rides a bike all the time, then by all means let him go for it. My wife loves her bike and its very stable and controllable. Hope this helps.

If you use throttle only probably around 20 miles, you could probably get 40+ with some consistent pedaling in levels 1-3. Other factors such as you weight, riding conditions, and tire pressures will affect how far you can go.

Answer:	I'm 6'1'' and the bike fits me fine. You just have to realize that these moped style bikes are not the best for efficient pedaling. The seat height is about 33 inches, I can sit on the bike and have my feet flat on the ground and still have a slight bend in the knees. The handle bars are not adjustable but the position is just fine for me anyway. If they were adjustable I'd probably raise them up a couple of inches. Despite a few comprises, I really like this bike.
