Answer:	The one I got is not. It may have a small amount of sheen but it is not shiny like silk or plastic would be it is just a grey print on a thin cotton like material but it looks very nice for the price.

Answer:	easy breezy!I loved it very much.. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

Answer:	Yes... blue as the corkscrew goes into the bottle. Red when you push the top of the button to bring the cork out. When charging, there are four small flashing blue lights at the top that indicate it is fully re-charged when all four light up.
