Answer:	I'm sorry but I don't quite understand your question. Do you need a doc cam that can connect to your PC that can record sound and video? The VZ-R has a microphone that can record audio and our free software, Visualizer, can record video as well as scan documents, take pictures, etc. The VZ-R can also be directly connected to a TV or projector via HDMI for times when you just want a live stream for your audience. FAQ and Solutions

Q: Where to download the software.

A: It comes with driver in U disk or CD. The installer is " CameraScan". Or you can download the software on official website.

Q:The device cannot be found.

A: It does not support macbook, pls note. If windows, pls try another computer to confirm it's the problem of camera or not. If try with 2 computers, works with one only , or not with both. you can return for replacement or refund. Don't worry. And connect the camera first before run the software.

Q:I've found if the document you're scanning has any sort of glosssiness to it then the lights reflect a "blind spot" off the document into the camera (reflected glare) causing part of the document to be unreadable, even with the lights at their lowest brightness.

A: Yes. With glossy paper You need to turn off the lights completely. Use different light sources angled from the sides or bright light environment is suggested.

Q:It scanned a very poor image of my art work even though I tried capturing in sufficient amount of light

A:Yes, it does not work well with art work, pls note.

Q: Since book pages weren't completely flat and when I used the OCR system, Word didn't place all of the words within a paragraph in the same paragraph block. This caused me to have to spend lots of time editing the pages to have the correct information. Being in a medical field, I see a lot of symbols that aren't native to English. The OCR system mangled the entire paragraphs to the point of no return. I would've had to rewrite the entire paragraph.

A: You might meet some problem with professional books or special characters. We don't suggest to use it under this situation.

A: It does not support macbook, pls note. If windows, pls try another computer to confirm it's the problem of camera or not. If try with 2 computers, works with one only , or not with both. you can return for replacement or refund. Don't worry. And connect the camera first before run the software.

Q:I've found if the document you're scanning has any sort of glosssiness to it then the lights reflect a "blind spot" off the document into the camera (reflected glare) causing part of the document to be unreadable, even with the lights at their lowest brightness.

A: Yes. With glossy paper You need to turn off the lights completely. Use different light sources angled from the sides or bright light environment is suggested.

Q:It scanned a very poor image of my art work even though I tried capturing in sufficient amount of light

Answer:	It projects images on paper well and does a good job projecting 3-D objects as well. Responds well to changes in light intensity. Drawing controls are somewhat clumsy.
Question:	My invitees see my screen in correct orientation, but I see it (my screen) reversed (mirror image.) How can I correct this problem
Answer:	Hi! Zoom videos are mirrored by default. There are two ways to fix this problem: 1) Use the bundled Documate software and Sharing Screen in ZOOM to get the correct image orientation, or 2) change the ZOOM video settings by unchecking "Mirror my video". Question:	Hello, can we use it as a webcam for skype? does it has microfon? we want to use it for teaching mathematics online
Answer:	Yes, this doc cam works perfectly as a webcam, too. It has a good camera and microphone. One trick you should know to use it as a webcam: When you flip the camera head up to look at you, your face will appear upside-down on your screen. You can flip your image 180 degrees (right side up) by simultaneously pressing the "brighter" and "dimmer" light buttons. (These are the two buttons on the outer edges on top of the camera head). It works perfectly, looks and sounds great, and no special software needed! BUT I strongly recommend you obtain a regular webcam to show your face so you can continuously use the Inswan INS-1 as a doc cam to show your problem solving. It will be cumbersome to switch it back and forth while trying to teach!

Answer:	The scanner does not need an internet connection to scan, but you do need a PC to work with. The scanning speed is very fast, clarity is also very good, simple software operation and rich functions.
Question:	Is it compatible with Windows
Answer:	For me the software did not work with Windows 10. I tried it on two new laptops and the software would never get yo the main screen it was just stuck in a loop. I was looking forward to using this product. Unfortunately I didn't get around to installing the software until the return policy window expired so I am stuck with something I can't use.
Question:	Can this scanner handle curvature of middle/seam sections of bound books (like automatically straightening image out at curve)? Is this a problem
