Bikes measured this way have frames designed relative to the tire size, so the larger the tire, the larger the frame. Some bike manufacturers may use a simple overall bike measurement such as x-small, small, medium, large, x-large; the bike size is usually on a sticker somewhere on the frame on other brands. Here is some other info we have obtained from the manufacturer awhile back ; The manufacturer may label the bikes Boy's, Men's, Girl's, Women/Ladies however, they are not only meant for younger or older individuals. The rider will need to go by their height/inseam size. For example: An individual that is 64" (5'4") may need a 24" wheeled bike. It is really personal preference what someone may be comfortable with. Some might not care if their feet dangle and cant touch the ground when sitting on the seat, but others may not like it. Question:	Does it not include breaks in the first place? It doesn't have one when we ordered it
Answer:	they are coaster brakes not hand brakes....simply pedal back
Question:	I'm confused, description says peddle brakes, single speed for people 4' to 5' tall. Picture shows multiple gears, hand brakes, whats the deal
Answer:	Some photos show bikes with or without handbrakes // with or without multiple gears. I bought the orange/black bike - that one has single gear and no handbrakes. Looking at the listing now and it looks like the orange/black version is not available. Look for others who bought - see if they received a bike with handbrakes/gears.
Question:	Does it come assembled
Answer:	Received pre-assembled.... insert the saddle seat stem... insert the handle bar stem.. put in the front wheel... And then screw in the pedals (note arrow direction). Basic tools needed are Not included.
