Answer:	I'm not familiar with the EG 250 foldable ebike, but I'll give you the dimensions of the truck bag.The main truck bag compartment measures 12"×6"×6" inside. The expandable panniers measures 15"×10"×2" when open. The panniers hang down 11" from the of the top base plate of the carrier rack. The bag is well made, spacious, and extremely water resistant when all compartments are closed up. I have three of these bags. The other two of these bags have different brand names and use nylon canvas outer shells with ordinary sippers construction and materials. Those other bags are not as water resistant as this RockBros version. I'm pleased with not only the RockBros poly outer, but I'm equally pleased with the materials and construction of the moisture repellent sippers RockBros truck bag. I highly recommend this trunk bag, it is worth extra expense over all of the others for the ability to shed rain water. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes it will, but you won't get anything else in there with it.
Question:	The ends of thin elastic cord on top go into a small plastic piece. Anyway to pull that plastic piece apart to tighten the cord

Answer:	It might work, depending on how your bike is constructed. There is a front velcro strap that ties around the handlebar stem, and 2 bottom velcro straps that secure around the angled bar of your bike, so it still should fit. However, it depends on the design of your bike as to whether the stem strap is long enough. I would guess that it should work just fine on most women's bikes. You can always return it if it doesn't fit. It's very handy and convenient to be able to put keys, Kleenex and my phone in this tiny bag. I wish you good luck.
Question:	What are the dimensions of this item
Answer:	Looked up the dimensions of your PHONE and it is identical to my Samsung Galaxy J2- (2.75in.x6in) YES- it will fit just fine. I put it in just like in the stock pic shows. Perfect fit.. I fit a couple CCards & ID to the left inside pocket, a few energy bars next to the phone, and some nitrile gloves, bike multi-tool and chapstick in the right inside pocket. The bungee on the outside is perfect for sunglasses if it gets on in the evening..btw- I didn't put the bottom strap round the down tube like in the pic. Just 2 on the top tube and 1 around the headset. Very secure!

Answer:	Except the size, 141466 have handle belt on the back and side zips. 141465 don't have them.
Question:	Is there a rain cover
Answer:	Keep the elastic cord pieces together and push the button on the plastic grommet to release pressure and allow you to pull the elastic cord through and then lock when you release the button. This allows you to snug down something on top of the bag, like a water bottle. Push the button to release the cord and it will allow to tighten/loosen tension as you wish.

Answer:	This bag is not large enough to hold a typical adult helmet.
