Question:	If all three wicks are burning, does it produce much heat
Answer:	The wide head is to clean a larger surface area quicker while the slim head dusting a smaller surface area. The small head has longer fabric than the large head as well. Use whichever head suits your cleaning project and shake outside to clean heads of dust and/or wash with warm soapy water and air dry.
Question:	It says each wick burns for 12hrs. Do you light them one at a time or all 3 at once
Answer:	If you have other microfiber mops you can wash them together in washer on a small regular cycle, then air dry them

Answer:	I got mine today and yes, as some of you have had the same questions as I do... where's the other 4 handles. Is this not a 5-pack? As it turns out, it's a 5-pack of pads (3 different sets)...but only 1 handle. So, the first thing I did was to go back to look at the item page and see what it saids. Yes, it did say 5-pack but looking closer down the page, in the photos, only 1 handle was shown. So, title was misleading but photos didn't showed 5 handles. So, you make up your own mind on how you feel about it. :)
