Answer:	It didnt fit my Axiom front racks , I had to modify my rack to make it work, they fit well on my luggage rack.

Answer:	According to the manual, the max is 30 lbs per bag for these and another 25 in the top. I really wouldn't go more than that. Even just a grocery run which comes nowhere near 75lbs makes a bike really hard to balance.

Answer:	These do not have any sort of shoulder strap, but they do have nice rubberized carry handles centered just over the top mounting clips.

Answer:	The side pockets are right at 15 inches but they taper at the bottom so I doubt you could zip them shut. The top pocket is squareish so if the laptop isn't too thick (1-2 inches) you could be able to squeeze it in.

Answer:	As long as you have the rack in place these are easy to put on and take off. I liked them a lot.
Question:	Silly question BUT how do you secure (and to what) the INTERNAL straps? I presently looped the hooked strap around my read tire frame
Answer:	On my bag these were little elastic bungee cord with a hook. easy to take off if not needed. these were bicycle carrier side tire side of the bag.

Answer:	No, not at all. I biked in a thunderstorm just now and both sides of the bag had puddles of water at the bottom. Luckily my stuff wasn’t damaged (and the stuff that was wasn’t important) but yeah. Definitely wrap water-sensitive stuff in plastic when using these bags.

Answer:	This is 1 bag, with 2 compact panniers that are connected by the middle shelf, they do not come apart. The middle shelf is 4.5" wide and sits on rack shelves. 4 straps attach it to the rack. Question:	Does it fix in a 20 dahon folding bike
Answer:	I do not know but it is very adjustable. The clips slide to be able to adjust. I use it on the rack on my bike and again on the old rack on my husbands bike.
Question:	What is the dimension from the top main clips to the bottom of the bag? What is the dimension between the top clips and the bottom clip
Answer:	16.5 inches from the top of the clip to the bottom of the bag. 10.5 inches from the top clip to the bottom clip. I don't work for the company - I just have two of them on two separate bikes. They are installed so the measurements are +- 1/4 inch or so. The bags are really excellent quality and I went through a number of other ones before I could find one that fits right with good quality. You won't be disappointed in these. I have 2 different makes with 2 slightly different racks and both fit really well. The bottom clip slides and swivels to allow you to get the right connection to keep the bottom secured. I can fit 2 large bags of groceries and lug all of my locks / cables with easy on and off. I've had both on both bikes for a few months now and they are both holding up really well. No rubbing on the rear hub, no rattling.

Question:	What is the weight limit for one of these bags
Answer:	No sure exactly as I'm just the end user, but it is likely volume before weight unless you are hauling gold bars or something. I've been able to fit 2 large bags of groceries and they work fine. Wouldn't think twice to put 25 pounds in there.

Question:	How much do they weigh
Answer:	Short of removing them from my bike and weighing them I can tell you their weight is negligible and not an issue.
Question:	My bike spends most of its time sitting outside, are these bags easy to put on and take off? How do they mount on the rack? Two hooks at the top
Answer:	Not too hard to take off. As NC Teacher said, there are two hooks on top, and a bungee cord with hook on the bottom. I remember when I first put the bags on my rack, it took a lot of effort to stretch the bungee cord far enough for the bottom hook to reach. After leaving them on for about 5 months, I recently took them off to go mountain biking, and found that the bungee had stretched out a bit and was much easier to attach. In general I do lock my bike outside and leave the bags on, and they haven't been stolen or damaged by weather yet!
Question:	How much weight can these hold? I usually purchase one or two gallons of milk during my shopping trips. Would these hold up
Answer:	I use these for my grocery shopping twice a week. Two gallons of milk, one on each side, including other items are no problem.

Question:	Are these bags waterproof
Answer:	Yes. I commute in Oregon winter rains. I rinse the road grime off the bag(s) in the shower and shake them off before opening. Always dry inside. They aren't diving or kayaking drybags, but they're pretty close.
Question:	can these be rolled down to tightly accommodate smaller loads
Answer:	As a start, the bag is designed to be rolled tightly in order to close it. So you roll it to fit the load and then the clips on the side allow you to cinch it down. To a certain degree these can be rolled to fit a smaller load but I would say only to a point because the bag has some rigid structure in the back. That said, you can certainly have the bag closed and have it be watertight and have extra space in it and it isn’t a problem at all. It doesn’t need to be closed super tightly as long as you have a few rolls at the top to keep water out. And with a few rolls it won’t flop around or anything. These attach to a rack and have rigidity to them because of plastic on the backside. So even if they are not filled all the way it will be snug against the rack and be fine. And you can use just one on a rack. If you want to pack a small load (like under 10 liters) maybe look into the waterproof oversized seat bag they make. Those are great too. Hope this helps.
Question:	Do these come with the reduction pieces (anti scratch) for different tube diameters to hook the bag onto the rack
Answer:	If I understand the question correctly, yes. It comes with adaptors that insert into the clamps which attach to the rack. The adaptors are different sizes to fit different tube sizes. They are rubber. So you are able to find the right fit for your specific rack. Is this what you were getting at?

Answer:	Ortlieb sells straps as accessories, but you can use any old carrying strap.

Answer:	I have stuffed lots of various things to test just that. It can fit 6 or seven pairs of tennis shoes; one pair of hiking boots, a fade disc golf bag and several discs; a one person tent and few smaller supplies.

Answer:	I am confused, when I bought these pannier, the description listed is as a pair in first and last line of description. Not sure I can answer this question.

Answer:	Yes, it will. I have a 15" MacBook and it fits with room to spare in all directions. I would just recommend padding the laptop, just to be safe, in case of bag impact.

Answer:	I have purchased 2 of thes bags for our 2 Rad evokes. They are well made and plenty large 12” length, 6” width and 7” tall and the bottom is nicely padded. The 2 paneers are also spacious Buy this trunk bag. You will not be disappointed.
Question:	Does the mounting frame come with it
Answer:	No. But it will fit most frames

Answer:	The total displacement inside the main bag measures 504 cu in. If my numbers are correct this would hold about 2.2 gals of fluid. A 1 gallon container fits easily inside the main bag if that answers your question more precisely.

Question:	Do the bags separate
Answer:	No they do not. They are attached at the top by the piece that goes over the rack. But they hold together with magnets at the bottom so when you carry it, it's like a single satchel. Love the bags!
Question:	Can this hold a couple of vinyl records
Answer:	It should. Holds a full size laptop sideways so assume it will work. I’d get it and if it doesn’t work easy to return. It’s a great bag. I rode home in a rainstorm the other day about 5 miles and none of the contents inside got wet! Had it for a couple years and never tested it that way so was happy it performed. I use it almost every day and the design is great and the durability is excellent. Still looks new.
Question:	What is the capacity of each bag? Could I fit a pair of shoes in one of the panniers
Answer:	You could definitely fit a pair of shoes in one of the panniers. I've had a full change of clothes for the gym and a pair of tennis shoes in one side without having to squish too much.

Answer:	Yes, I put my 15" laptop (in a neoprene sleeve) in it all the time. Be aware that, at least in the 2015 Diablo edition, the laptop compartment is not padded. I don't know if they improved that in the most recent version.
